How does in‑store pickup work?
Our in-store pickup process is simple!
- Choose the store, and place your order by selecting "18 Minute Pickup"
- Payment is not due online—you pay in-store at pickup.
- You'll receive a confirmation text or email acknowledging your order was placed
- Once your items are ready, we'll notify you via text or email
- Bring your order confirmation (email or text) and a photo ID to the store
- Items are held for 3 days
What is the status of my order?
Look for the email or text message titled “Ready for Pickup” that includes the order number, store, and pickup instructions. Check your spam/junk folders, and if you do not see it within half an hour, reach out to our team via live chat on our website. We’ll help you!
I want to pay online before pickup, but checkout only shows 'pay in store. How can I prepay?"
We don't offer prepayment for in-store pickup orders. Payment is collected when you pick up your items at the store. This ensures you can verify your order before completing the transaction.
Can you extend my pickup window?
We can't extend the pickup window beyond 3 days, as orders automatically return to available inventory. If you're going to miss the deadline, your best option is to reorder when your schedule allows you to pick up within 3 days.
Can my friend/co-worker/family member (someone else) pick up my order if I give them my card and ID?
Someone else can pick up your order, but they'll need to pay with their own card. For security reasons, we can't process payments using another person's card, even with permission. Just give them your order confirmation and have them bring their ID and payment method to complete the pickup.
How do I cancel my order?
No action is needed. Orders automatically cancel and return to available inventory after 3 days.
It shows 1 in stock online, but I can't add it to the cart. Can you confirm the item with 1 in stock is actually on the shelf?

Can I add an item to my pickup order I placed 30 minutes ago?
We can't modify orders after they're placed. Your easiest option is to place a separate order for the extra item. When you arrive for pickup, just let us know you have two orders, and we'll grab everything for you at once.
Why won't this item ship? It appears in‑store only. Can you make an exception?
We're unable to ship in-store only items, even as an exception. These items are restricted due to size, inventory location, or product type. If you're looking for something similar that ships, use the "Shippable Items" filter in the store menu.
Affirm didn't show up at checkout — how can I use Affirm financing for this pickup?
We don't offer prepayment for in-store pickup orders. Payment is collected when you pick up your items at the store. When you arrive to pick up, just tell the associate you want to use Affirm, and they'll take care of it at the register
