Meet Your Manager, Mark Herman
Mark Herman is a seasoned retail leader with over 20 years of experience in customer-focused operations and people development. A graduate of Arizona State University, he began his career at Best Buy unloading trucks and worked his way up to General Manager, including helping grand open two Best Buy locations. He later spent two years with World Market, further strengthening his leadership and operational experience. At Micro Center, Mark is focused on building strong teams and supporting the successful launch of a new store.
Outside of work, Mark is a dedicated husband and father who values time with his two children. In his personal time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, playing video games with his son, and traveling. He is grateful for his family, his coworkers, his mentors, and the opportunity to be part of the Micro Center family.
Fun fact: In his 20s, Mark toured from Phoenix to Toronto and back as part of a rock band, an experience that fueled his love for creativity, teamwork, and adventure.
