It was a i7-th gen MSI dual fan 1060ti, which was later upgraded to 2070 super. It was a prebuilt custom pc from cyberpower and over The years i've had so many issues with the p c sometimes. The case was terrible it caused a lot of overheating and my p c would crash often when I ran even medium load work like turning on rocket league. I figured it was time to build a new p c and this time I wanted to make sure I future proof it without worrying about cost. Because the last p c I bought I built a little conservative because I was still in college and so I didn't want to spend too much money. It was actually a long Time dream of mine to build a new PC. But this time get a case that actually looks cool and I've looked at a lot of open concept cases as well as a panoramic glass cases. I want exposure to the internal components. And also wanted some internal rgb in my build, not too much rgb. I play a lot of AAA games, also FPS shooters, etc. Some of the games i play are valorant, rocket league, cod, halo, overwatch 2, battlefield, csgo, etc. Also a lot of single player games like tomb raider, horizon, last of us, etc. Every game I played told now I have played using logo settings just so my p c would not crash. I wanted a build where i would have to worry about that and be able to play on hight/max settings so i can appreciate the details and art of the games. I've thought about getting into streaming and no right now. I'm thinking about getting into dollarant streaming and/ content creation. I am a huge fan of Keeoh and his videos. Even if I don't get a lot of viewers? I still wouldn't like to be able to stream just doing for the fun. I got all of the streamer components no, just built a very high end p c capable of high quality gameplay End multitask for streaming, Also got some nice streaming cameras a hyperex quadcast s mic. Not sure when I'm actually going to start streaming but hopefully. It's sometimes in your future once I settle in to my new apartment. At the moment instead of streaming I have a youtube channel where I post clips of really funny or good gameplay for f p s games. I'm going to continue doing that till I am able to stream$0.00 -

Wanted to build a cheap gaming pc as I'm somewhat of a lighter gamer and don't need a ton of computing power. Decided on something with the 12100f, so here it is. This machine was intended entirely for basic home office tasks, web browsing, or doing light work with Visual Studio. It isn't glamorous, but it works. This was meant to adhere to a budget, and is the main reason it wasn't built as an ITX. At the last minute, it was decided to add in an extra DVD writer that had been in an old build. Otherwise it would have gotten away with 0 SATA cables. And last but not least, the 12400 hadn't released when this machine was built. Ah well. With so few drives and accessories, and also considering this case isn't ideal for cable management, a modular PSU might have been nice. But this one was reused so the price was unbeatable.$489.95 -

I built this computer in 2019; the only parts I've changed since then are the CPU and motherboard (I originally had a 2400G and B450-A Pro, but those ended up in a PC for my brother). I mainly play easy-to-run games like Minecraft and Rocket League, which run well enough at 1080p with the 10600K's integrated graphics. I also use this computer for CAD/3D modeling in Tinkercad and Fusion 360. I've managed to get a decent overclock on the RAM—4000 17-21-21-41 w/ tRFC of 260 ns and somewhat-tuned secondary/tertiary timings. I could probably lower the timings a bit more, but this already gives a solid improvement in bandwidth and latency. I plan to try some iGPU overclocking when I have more time on my hands. The main upgrade I have in mind is adding a graphics card, but I'm holding off on that until the market improves.$490.00 -

When I saw that the new Intel i3 13100 was available at mircocenter, I couldn't help but to upgrade. Right now I'm using this machine for everything BUT gaming. The reason for this is that I plan to acquire a 3060 Ti graphics card in the coming weeks to fully round out the new build. But for now, I'm up and running without it. One thing that turned out not so great was the color scheme I was going for. I noticed that all-white components tend to cost more for some reason, so I talked myself into buying some parts that looked mostly gray online. I was able to buy the ASUS X299-E GAMING Motherboard for $70 locally a few months ago. Since then, it's been chilling in my basement collecting dust. I've wanted to build around it for awhile, but just got the chance when I saw a Core i9 7900x for $155 online. Once I secured those deals, the rest was the best parts I could find for the price. This PC was built to sell (which is why I bought the i9 - good selling feature) because I already have a decent ITX daily driver. Because of the 10 core CPU and 32gb of ram, most professional workstation tasks should work fine on this system. I have no idea what the future buyer will use it for, but judging it based on my previous sales, gaming is the most popular in my local area. The processor is i9 7900x, microcenter didn't have it available at the time. I put the 11900k as a placeholder. I’ve sketched designs, browsed Reddit, and became determined to make it a reality. I stumbled across a MATX CYBERWOOD case, but to be completely candid, I was not impressed with the design, look or layout of the case. Plus, who uses acrylic side panels these days? I dismissed it, and forgot about it, until I found out CYBERWOOD released another case – this time an ITX case called the M1. However, the original cost seemed excessive for what it was, so I decided not to buy one. Fast-forward to January of 2024, and Amazon suggested the M1 case when I was browsing other SFF cases. Some how I was able to pick up the case bundled with a gen 3.0 riser cable for $37.65. I purchased one immediately, without a plan or knowing what I should do with it. I have an older ITX system (it runs PLEX and a NES emulator) that I originally decided to transfer into this case, but after I started the build, I realized the parts doesn’t do this case justice. It’s unique, special and pretty cool. My photos show how I started the build with these older parts but swapped them for more powerful hardware. To be clear, building in this case is work, but that’s OK, because it’s not annoying – it’s just oddly satisfying. Assembling every part is time consuming, and making everything fit can be a challenge. Parts that ought to fit don’t, and I had to be creative with cable management. I had to make a notch in the wooden power supply bracket to accommodate the switch. The case comes with filter panels, but they have to be attached with the included white tape - after you have finished the case. I ran into an issue with my BeQuiet! 120mm AIO, because the pump is designed to hang freely in the case, without contacting anything. It if does make contact with something, the pump makes a loud and obnoxious vibrating noise. So, I ordered an AIO with the pump built into the block. The Intel i5-12600KF processor is rated for 125 TDP, so most low-profile air coolers will struggle to keep it cool. I tried a Noctua NH-L9x65, but temps were all over the place and the fan contacted the side of the case – which caused it to vibrate and make excessive noise. I tried a Scythe low-profile cooler (with a height of 55mm), but it had to work hard, so the 92mm fan was always running at full speed. So, I ordered a 240mm AIO to keep up with the 12600KF. I also had to order the CYBERWOOD top expansion bay to accommodate the radiator. I had a used AMD 5700 XT on hand (purchased for $130.41) to upgrade my son’s gaming computer but decided to use it for this build, instead. It fits perfectly in the case – it’s 315mm and there is room for airflow. I had to order a gen 4.0 riser cable to get the most out of it, but the price was reasonable. The case does not come prefinished. I spent an afternoon applying 3 coats of polyurethane finish to the wood panels, and lightly sanded between coats. It’s ¼ inch plywood and needs to be protected. I’ve seen CYBERWOOD cases that were stained, but this takes away from the wood’s natural beauty. I highly recommend leaving it raw and just using wood sealer to protect it. I would build in this case again, but I don’t know if CYBERWOOD is still making this case. It appears out of stock on Amazon, but Newegg still has it listed. However, it’s priced between $125.99 and $226.99! I appear to have lucked out, when I found it for this price, and I plan to use, upgrade and enjoy it – as long as it doesn’t start a structure fire. The total build cost was about $849.83.$828.60 -

I will also use this to study and complete work. I built this PC with DDR5 in mind, I did not want my pc to be outdated when DDR5 becomes more commonplace. That is why I chose lga 1700 over am4 as am4 only supports ddr4. I also wanted my PC to have a nice rgb aesthetic. I have a youtube channel called Kwazars PCs.$834.95 -

I built my pc for gaming right now I am playing a lot of Valorant but I play a little Warzone, Halo Infinite, and Track Mania. I am saving up to get a better graphics card but can't commit to anything because I don't know how close I can get before the graphics card uses too much power. I was thinking of a 3070 Ti or is that too much power feel free to comment your suggestions.$856.92 -
