Cubism

My last computer was getting a little long in the tooth and, since we can't travel anywhere, our vacation plans were put on hold. Most of that money went into savings, but SOME of it I earmarked to upgrade from an fx-6300 and gtx 1060 to what you see before you. I am notoriously difficult to shop for and I thought a few PC parts would be a great gift idea for my significant other. While not much of a surprise, the parts were exactly what I wanted. While I am still fine tuning the fans and noise levels, this machine satisfies all my needs. So far, I've been using it to play Control (because hey, new rig, new game) and Need for Speed: Most Wanted. It hasn't made me any better at gaming, but I'm having fun and I'd say that's what it's all about at the end of the day. Had I had it to do over again, I might have held out a little longer for the newer graphics cards, but just like anywhere else, better tech is ALWAYS just around the corner.
