It was the last piece missing from my man cave. I wanted a clean build but powerful at the same time. I set the build up with dual 1440p ultrawide 100hz viewsonic monitors and an extra long hdmi to my 75” Samsung tv that is connected to my surround system via arc to the marantz receiver. This setup allows me to game at my desk or kick back on the couch with a controller. I also got a oculus quest with oculus link to play beat saber and Half Life Alyx!! I chose a EVGA 2080ti FTW3 ultra Oc to power all the monitors and TVs. I have made so many trips to microcenter during the building process I have become a regular and familiar with most of the associates at the St David’s location, btw they all rock! The complete specs are below: CPU: Ryzen 3600x Cooler: wraith prism GPU: evga 2080ti ftw3 ultra Oc RAM: trident z neo 3600 cl 16, 32gb Storage: nvme pcie 4.0 1tb, nvme pcie 3.0 1tb, seagate hdd 3tb 7200 Case: NZXT h710i VR: oculus quest connected via oculus link Monitors: 2x Viewsonic xg350r-c 1440p ultrawide, Samsung 75” 4K 7series Sound system: marantz 6008 receiver, dual mono block amps for front towers. I custom made the desk with ikea accessories to fit what I was looking for and added a slot beneath to hold my macbooks and accessories. The angled speakers are being held by pipe fittings and are connected to each computer via the built in mixer. Also, I upgraded to a Lian Li Mesh 2 case to allow the proper airflow to the 3080FE. I mostly use the pc to play squadrons VR using the oculus quest 2 and my son streams fortnite on his gamers facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/chuysgaming I use a mac mostly for music production with a thunderbolt dock to help connect all my peripherals. There's an outdoor TPlink access point (see picture through window) to give wifi access to the grill tv and cameras surrounding the house. Both monitors are hooked as a 2nd input to either the mac or pc to allow the extended desktop on whichever application I'm using. The one of the left is a 4k LG (mostly for the macbook) and the right monitor is an Asus VG27AQ running at 1440p 165hz. I'm always looking for better ways to upgrade the whole setup including the streaming parts of it. The portable green screen from elgato is also pictured on the corner. It's so easy to put away after each use. Most of these parts were found at my local Micro Center (St. Louis Park in Minnesota) which is 2 hours from where I live but well worth the drive as other retailers haven't had them in stock for months. The only thing I'm missing is a good comfortable gaming chair. Thank you Micro Center for looking out for us customers and I hope you guys like it.$3,084.94 -

My son, Chuy, was an avid PS4 fortnite player until I proved him wrong that PC's are way better at gaming. We made a bet that if I built a "Gaming PC Rig" it would beat his PS4 loading times and have a higher resolution (1440p of course). Sure enough he's addicted to his new PC while the PS4 is now collecting dust. This was our first computer build together and could not find a better excuse than to drive to our closest Micro Center (2 hours away) to buy part by part. We have put a lot of work into it and cannot wait to upgrade to a 3080. PS5 my a**.$2,981.79 -

I recently got back into PC building in 2020 (Last Build was 2012) and a friend told me about these youtubers that have build guides so I checked out Jayz2cents, and quickly found myself subscribing to Bitwit, Pauls Hardware, GamersNexus, Austin Evans, and of course Linus Tech Tips. I was hooked and really appreciate how all of these channels try to vary their content but all exist in the same space in a friendly way. I've built 6 systems for friends and family since then and most recently updated my personal system which is the white and black system in the O11 Mini. This system was upgraded after I camped out at Microcenter in January 2021 and was lucky enough to get an RTX 3070 Strix White Edition. The Lian Li TU150 was the 1.0 version of this computer before the 3070. I had purchased an ASUS Strix RTX 2060 Super but sold it last summer after I got the 3070. So hopefully that makes sense why I needed to upgrade to a case with better Air flow. The ITX build was fun but just was a hot box! Long time follower of BitWit, Jayztwocents and LTT, watching all of their content finally convinced me to get off my wallet and get into gaming the right way. Little did I know that GPUs were impossible to find, so I had everything shipped, built it and looked at a hollow, unusable system for 3 weeks while I searched. I ended up driving 11 hours (round trip) to get my hands on an RTX 3060. I made a complete TUF build and was making zero compromises so I had to wait longer than I expected. I ended up acquiring a 90 degree 24 pin adapter to keep the inside clean, as well as a flexible USB 3.0 Cable. I will be installing a custom plate to hide the SSD panels and installing a Raspberry Pi screen with system information displayed. All in all, I am pleased with how it turned out. Chair is an XRocker Strike RGB (Canada Exclusive) I feel like I planted myself firmly in the position of updated, yet entry level. Next mod is UniFans !$2,249.89 -

I built this in the intent of pushing my overclocking limits with the power of water-cooling, this was my first water-cooled build and I decided to take the leap and go strait for hard tubing and I think it came out perfect! The biggest challenge was the vertical GPU mount not fitting well in my case, this took a bit of modifying to get done. The main games I've been playing on it are competitive such as Valorant but I also heavily use it for many VR games. Future upgrades for this beauty will be a Ryzen 9 5900x and a RTX 3080 or Radeon 5000 series card whenever I can get my hands on one! I've really liked the experience building this and it was challenging in many ways but the outcome makes everything worth it! (That's what it's all about right?)$2,024.92 -

So, we started this project. After a lot of manual reading and watching a lot of YouTube Videos we built this system in a couple of hours with no issues. A month later we decided to add the RGB fans and more memory since we downloaded so many games. We also got a nice LG 27GL850 with 1440p and 144Hz. We did a lot of search together and have been fun since then. Except for the fighting on who's turn is it. it is fun..$1,676.86 -

My whole group of friends all played computer games and constantly egged me on to get a pc. Unfortunately i did not have money and a job as I was still finishing high school. Soon as I finished I got a job at Target and started putting in the hours to finally get my pc. My build originally started simple with a ryzen 3 2200g, b450 motherboard, 500gb ssd, and a ryzen rx 480 red devil. I wanted to upgrade in the future but knew Target was not going to cut it because high end pc parts are a pretty penny. So I went to trade school and now im an electrician trainee making decent money. After a long job with a total house remodel I happened to be passing micro center on my way home. I was tired but thought "hey why not check it out and maybe treat myself for the hard work" plus I had just gotten a rather large check haha. A friendly employee helped me out and I ended up walking out with pretty much an entire new build worth of upgrades.$1,672.91 -

Never really was into PC gaming, but decided I would give it a try. Definitely wanted to build my own instead of opting for a pre-build. After building and rebuilding it 8 times my first night, it worked and has been flawless ever since. I built it for a variety of reasons - game, stream, edit. I've been playing COD, Halo, The Last of Us, Old School Runescape, and GTA V so far. Haven't streamed any games yet, but have started an amateur movie podcast with some buddies. We've streamed the podcast live on Twitch a few times, and it has been a blast. The PC handles everything and runs very smooth.$1,631.87 -

I'm building this pc because I was going to buy a ps5 since my ps4 is outdated but since I couldn't get a ps5 I decided to go for a pc since It will have more then 1 use other than gaming but now I can't get a gpu so I'm just stuck turning it on every day just to admire the rgb and turning it right back off. I probably should've bought the gpu first since I've been contemplating this build since like January. Other than that I love it.
