Build Description
This is my first build ever. Crosshair VIII Dark Hero, Ryzen 9 5900x, 32gb of Trident Z Neo 3600CL16 RAM, 500gb WD SN850 Boot Drive, Aorus gen4 1tb storage drive, two 2tb Seagate Barracuda drives in RAID 0 for a backup location, RTX 3090 Founders Edition that I replaced the thermal pads on and applied liquid metal to, custom cables from Cablemod, and an S-Ranked motherboard armor plate.
Favorite Feature
The S-Ranked armor plate. Until I get my order for EK to build my custom loop, the armor plate is the only feature that sets the build apart. When I painted the plate, I also painted the heatsinks and the I/O cover for the motherboard. The Dark Hero is a gorgeous motherboard, and is also the best AMD board on the market. However, it's not a great pairing for white builds. However, I feel like the S-Ranked plate offered a cheap and easy way to fix that.
