Build Description
The Daily, for me, is a computer that I need to use for everything I do and everything I need. School, gaming, streaming, AND work. I am an esports coach in mobile gaming, a full time student, and a part time streamer where I stream myself studying materials for school as a Computer Science major. Short term I have school projects, since my emphasis is machine learning and artificial intelligence. Long term I hope to use this knowledge to create tools for the Wild Rift team I coach, Cloud9, and that requires me to have the build that I currently have. I used to have a 6600k and 1070, but I had to sell it in order to re-enter school. Once I got stable, I reinvested into myself and this computer has helped me be as successful as have been these past year or so.
Favorite Feature
The 3060ti means the world to me. Before scalping got as bad as it was now, we found someone who bought the card and only sold the 3060ti at $750.. at the time it was a now or never decision. My girlfriend supported me and understood it would speed up a lot of my machine learning projects, so she helped me FULLY with the finances as I was waiting for my school financial aid to come in. So her timing enabled me to buy it, with me paying her back a few weeks later. In that time, the price of 3060tis went up to almost $1,200 saving me $500! This was meaningful to me because it meant that not only do I have someone as special as my girlfriend believing in me, but there is NO excuse to not work hard every single day to prove that it was a worthwhile investment. I plan on using this system to it's fullest potential, in streaming, gaming, and machine learning. The next thing I need is a new processor that can support my 3060ti a bit more than my 2600x.
