Building for a Buddie

Build Description
My friend reach out to me because to build him a 2nd computer that he could game at 1440p with high frame rates. He told me that he can only afford $700. So instead of only building him a 700 system, I decided to pimp his rig for a surprise birthday/housewarming gift. I ended up doubling the budget he was willing to spend. He has not seen it yet, so I am excited to ship it to him once I finish benchmarking and testing out the system. I believe that he will be satisfied with the end results.
