1. Begin with the Start button, then select Settings.
   
2. Choose Ease of Access.
   
3. The Ease of Access menu will open to the Narrator settings.
   
4. Once in the Narrator settings, the Narrator setting can be turned On or Off. Once turned on, the option for Start Narrator automatically becomes available.
