How to switch from Jelly Bean 4.2 launcher to 4.1 launcher on a Tablet

Description: If you upgraded to Jelly Bean 4.2 on an Android based tablet this guide shows how to revert back to the version 4.1 operating system.

  1. Touch the All Apps Key.
    2. Android Apps Icon
  2. Touch Settings.
    3. Android Settings Icon
  3. Touch Launcher on the left pane.
    4. Android Settings, Launcher
  4. Touch Switch to the original Jelly Bean 4.1 Launcher.
    5. Android Launcher Settings, Switch
  5. Touch OK to confirm the switch.
    6. Android Launcher Switch Confirmation
  6. The Tablet will now revert back to the original 4.1 Jelly Bean Operating System style.
