How to create an Email Template in Outlook
Description: This article describes how to make a shortcut for commonly composed emails, create a template.
- Open Outlook and create a new email.
- Type the body of the email.
- When completed, click File > Save as.
- Name the file. Once completed, click the Save as type drop down box, and more suggestions will appear. In this list, choose Outlook Template. Then, choose Save.
