My USB device works in one port but not in another port
The best course of action is to uninstall the USB drivers and let them re-detect:< br/>
- Navigate to your Device Manager
- Locate and expand Univesrial Serial Bus (USB) controllers
- Expand the USB host or hub and then select uninstall
- If a message appears to also delete the driver software, DO NOT delete the driver software
- Choose OK to confirm the uninstall
- Restart the computer to see if the USB ports are functioning. If not, you may want to take the computer in to your local Micro Center in-store service department for assistance
