You can find your ESET Username by opening the ESET Program located on your computer and pressing Ctrl+U on your keyboard for Windows users or Command Key + U for Mac users. Executing this command on the Micro Center website will not display a username. If you do not have ESET installed, you may be able to retrieve license information from ESET's lost license tool: http://www.eset.com/int/support/lost-license/ and having this information sent to the email address that you previously registered with ESET.
