PriorityCare+ is a technical support membership to give you peace of mind on all your connected devices. Members receive free services such as Comprehensive Diagnostics, Advanced Diagnostics, Priority Care Sessions, as well as 1 TB of free cloud storage and other benefits.

How do I receive my discount for services?

Just give your information at the Knowledge Bar or when contacting remote support, and your PriorityCare+ discount will be automatically to any applicable services.

How do I purchase PriorityCare+?

Visit the store and speak to any associate about signing up.

Is PriorityCare+ a subscription?

Yes, Priority care is a one year membership that automatically renews month to month after the first year. To make changes to your subscription, visit your account dashboard.

Does PriorityCare+ cover help with email and Microsoft Office issues?

With PriorityCare+ you get unlimited technical support sessions. Typically email and Microsoft Office issues can be easily solved during this time. If there is a more severe underlying problem causing your issue, then additional services may be required. A diagnostic is a great place to start and is always covered under PriorityCare+.

How Often can I call or visit the store for support?

We are here for you often as you need support! With PriorityCare+ you get unlimited diagnostic services as well as unlimited Priority Care Sessions.

Does PriortyCare+ Include remote or in person tech support?

Both! Depending on your issue and preferences, we have US-based experts online and in-store that can help you. Our remote tech support experts are available Monday – Friday: 9am to 12 midnight EST, Saturday: 10am to 12 midnight EST, and Sunday: 11am to 9pm EST. Our in-store experts are available Monday – Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm. Holiday hours vary

Can I upgrade the 1TB of IDrive storage included with PriorityCare+ if I need more space?

You're welcome to upgrade your included IDrive storage anytime! When you do, your account will shift to IDrive's regular plans, and you'll start paying them directly. As a thank-you, you'll get a 10% discount on your first upgrade to their standard storage plan. After upgrading, your subscription with IDrive will renew directly with them, separate from your PriorityCare+ membership.

Does my PriorityCare+ membership cover devices owned by others in my household?

PriorityCare+ is designed to cover devices personally owned by the member, not all devices in the household. It doesn't automatically extend coverage to items owned by other individuals living at the same address. If a family member or roommate wants coverage, they’d typically need their own PC+ subscription
