A Short Poem: T'is The Night Before Launch
By Ron Woodson
'T'is the night before launch, and as I prepare for my trek,
AMD's Ryzen 9 7950x3d is the part that I must collect,
Boasting a 3db cache and L3 stacked high,
This chip is impressive, oh me, oh my.
With x3d technology, I ready myself for the feast,
I heard if I turn off some cores, performance will increase,
At $699, it is quite the price,
But for high-end desktops, it's still very nice.
To optimize performance, the latest drivers are a must,
AMD PPM and Performance Optimizer, for full thrust,
Core parking behavior can cause a real plight,
but getting the latest features, it's performance will take flight.
In gaming, the 7950x3d is a real boss,
Scaling against the normal edition, there shall be no loss,
Shadow of the Tomb Raider, performance is quite remarkable,
A real boost in performance, nothing is impossible.
In production testing, the chip has shown its worth,
Blender BMW and Adobe Premiere Pro, a boost for mirth,
Improvements shown, the chip is worth its weight in gold,
For gamers and content creators, this chip is bold.
The value proposition may not be the best,
But for high performance, it passes the test,
Efficiency chart shows, better than Intel's 7550x,
AMD R9 7950x3d, in performance it shall truly flex.
In conclusion, this chip is quite grand,
A powerful addition to AMD's brand,
With careful configurations, its power shall take flight,
Merry Launch Day to all, and to all a good night!
