The New AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D Debuts Exclusively at Micro Center
The latest six-core, gaming-optimized CPU lands at Micro Center’s 28 U.S. locations.News

AMD has teamed up with Micro Center to launch its Ryzen 5 7600X3D processor in the U.S. exclusively at Micro Center stores. The Ryzen 5 7600X3D is a six-core, twelve-thread CPU featuring AMD's innovative 3D V-Cache technology, which has already made waves with its ability to deliver exceptional gaming performance.
The Ryzen 5 7600X3D could be a (no pun intended) game-changer for mainstream gamers, offering excellent performance at a competitive price. Leveraging the power of AMD's Zen 4 architecture, this processor uses the same 3D-stacked cache technology as in the Ryzen 7 7800X3D and features 6 cores and 12 threads along with 32 MB of L3 cache and 64 MB of stacked 3D V-Cache.
From a performance perspective, the Ryzen 5 7600X3D will slot in as an attractive option for gamers who want to maximize their gaming experience at a lower price. The processor is expected to outperform its standard counterpart, the Ryzen 5 7600X, particularly in gaming scenarios where the extra L3 cache makes a difference.
The AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D goes on sale September 5 at Micro Center's 28 retail stores, both as a stand-alone chip at $299 and as part of a discounted bundle with a motherboard and RAM, or pre-built into a desktop. You can read more about the launch at tech news outlets including Tom's Hardware and PC Mag, and check back September 5 for sale details, benchmark results and more.
