Supercharge Your Stanley with These 3D Printed Accessories
I set out to find and print some of the best accessories for your tumbler on a 3D printer.Maker Projects
But even though many people think of this as the perfect cup...it can always be better. That's why I set out to find and print some of the best accessories you can make for it on a 3D printer. I found plenty of lid toppers, charms that slide over the plastic straw, a full replacement for the straw holder that you can print in a variety of colors, and even a giant snack tray.
These will work on just about any 3D printer, and I'm a fan of the Creality Ender V3 for everyday printing, or the Bambu Lab Ai Mini with the AMS Lite for multi-color printing.
Stanley Snack Tray
This snack holder (see above) took about 3.5 hours to print and included four compartments for snacks. Best suggestion I saw for using this was to make it a charcuterie tray and fill the tumbler with a bottle of wine.

Replacement straw holder
Swap out the entire straw-holding mechanism with a new one in any color you want. It's a quick and easy switch that gives you extra variety. This is best with a flexible filament like TPU, but I made a PLA one that worked fine as well.

Straw topper
This was my Valentine's Day version, but it's easy to add any kind of simple straw charm, including this 3D printed candy heart. Many other versions are available, from snowflakes to Thanksgiving turkeys.

Custom lid toppers
I started printing these just before the Super Bowl, so I made sure to have all my bases covered. These clip right over the existing hardware and can be made in about 40-60 minutes. Besides football teams, many other designs are easy to find, from personalized name plates to pop culture icons.
