When will my order arrive?

Availability is a time estimate for how long it will take us to receive your order, acquire the items in your order, and prepare the items for shipment. It does not include the amount of time it takes for the item to be shipped to you. Shipping time is determined by the shipping method you selected when you submitted your order.

Usually ships in 1-3 business days.

We anticipate the item to be in stock at our primary fulfillment center and we will ship it to you within 1-3 days of your order.

Usually ships in 5-7 business days.

We anticipate the item to be in stock at any one of our fulfillment centers, or the item is in transit to the primary fulfillment center from one of our vendors, and we will ship it to you within 5-7 days of your order.

Usually ships in 7-21 business days.

We anticipate having only a few of the item in stock at any one of our fulfillment centers. We will, however, be replenishing this item, although it may take 7-21 days to receive it at one of our fulfillment centers. The item will be shipped to you immediately after we receive it.

All shipping days are referred to as Business Days, which are Monday through Friday; Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered to be Business Days.

Delivery Date Estimate

To estimate the latest date your delivery may arrive, look at each item in your Shopping Cart and find the one with the longest "Usually ships in" days. Count the days, starting with the day you will be placing the order, and count forward on the calendar, but DO NOT count Saturday or Sunday. Then, add the number of days you chose for having your order shipped and count forward on the calendar. Again, DO NOT count Saturday or Sunday. (Although USPS does deliver on Saturdays, we cannot guarantee that this will occur.) You now have estimated the latest arrival date for your delivery.

APO/FPO Deliveries

Please note that these deliveries take from 6 to 8 weeks after the telephone order is placed.
