I bult this PC, because I was due for an upgrade and my old rig was struggling with 1440p gaming. Some of my favorite titles to play is Warzone, Battlefield V, Vanguard, Valorant, CSGO, League of Legends, Minecraft and Rocket League. This new build is more than enough to handle 1440p gaming at high settings and should be a build that will last me a good amount of years to come.$2,296.94 -

This is my first gaming build back from 2012 I mostly just play rocket league and whatever else now. Through time and upgrades it doesn't really have any of the original parts anymore but over the years its at this current stage. I bought a water block for my 1070 around 5 years ago because I always wanted to water cool my PC. Never got around to it, but the idea was always in the back of my head. Until recently I said screw it and went for it when I upgraded my cpu to a ryzen 5 5600x. I think I bit off a little more than I could chew with this small of a case and my first time water cooling. But it was well worth the frustrating, but fun process and I learned a lot. In the future I would like to definitely add another radiator in the front of the case for a little better cooling. Also would want to re-do some of the tube's and maybe buy a jig to get better looking bends. Also maybe get custom cables for better looks and shorter length because the back of the case is a little messy. And whenever I do this again I would measure everything more I got lucky in some spots that are pretty tight.$1,662.94 -

Before this I had a HP office prebuilt with a 1060 put in afterwards. The main reason I upgraded was VR. I bought a quest 2 and a 1060 just wasnt cutting it anymore. I also got the 3070ti close to msrp from a local retailer. My cable management is decent on the front, but not very good in the back.$1,864.95 -

Thanks to Nvidia's GameStream and the Awesome guys at moonlight. I'm able to stream from the ITX Rig to phone, laptops, & TVs via the moonlight app. Streaming Project Cars 2, TitanFall2, GTA 5, StarWars Battlefront II, Fallout 4, Destiny 2 over Ethernet or WIFI, I'm usually either 2k@144p or 4K@60p, Ultra settings. Also, the typical Bitrate of the stream over WIFI is usually 100 Mbits/s. Next up, will compare raw performance between my main computer (Macbook Pro with eGPU) vs ITX Rig. More future projects to come. Few Lessons learned: 1) Distilled Water......🙌🏾. So doing custom loops you learned quickly it's better to be safe and use non-conductive water. Saved me many times. 2) Fans Step Up and Step Down...Please set this option.....it helps soo much to stabilize temperatures. With this option set to 0, temperatures would never stay consistent on idle. 😔 3) Graphite Thermal Pad is good enough. Some of the best paste used: MX2, MX4, IC Diamond, Noctua are all great choices. Graphite helps to keep it clean, no paste mess. 🙄 4) Rollercoaster relationship with water cooling. Love to tinker, So pulling stock cooler from PCD, and installing water block was awsome....👏🏾. Getting all the air pockets out of the system sucks. And pouring water over electronics and seeing a drop of water anywhere is scary 😳😓. 5) Using water temperature sensors to relay temps to the motherboard. This allows me to set the fan controls for the GPU. Future Upgrades: 3950X or 3900XT, Waiting on the new AMD APUs, Quick disconnects, External Water Flow Sensor.$1,314.96 -

My whole group of friends all played computer games and constantly egged me on to get a pc. Unfortunately i did not have money and a job as I was still finishing high school. Soon as I finished I got a job at Target and started putting in the hours to finally get my pc. My build originally started simple with a ryzen 3 2200g, b450 motherboard, 500gb ssd, and a ryzen rx 480 red devil. I wanted to upgrade in the future but knew Target was not going to cut it because high end pc parts are a pretty penny. So I went to trade school and now im an electrician trainee making decent money. After a long job with a total house remodel I happened to be passing micro center on my way home. I was tired but thought "hey why not check it out and maybe treat myself for the hard work" plus I had just gotten a rather large check haha. A friendly employee helped me out and I ended up walking out with pretty much an entire new build worth of upgrades.$1,672.91 -
