Main purpose for gaming, web browsing, and school work. I play majority FPS games such as COD, Battlefield, Siege etc... and also a handful of other triple A titles such as CP2077, red dead redemption 2, GTA, and other graphics demanded games. I changed to team red for the CPU coming from i9-10900 non K to a 5900x... I was gonna go for the 5950x but I figured it would be an overkill, and how expensive it is going for almost $800 and 12 cores is plenty enough. Paired with 2080ti Strix, Gskills 3600mhz 32GBs RAM, and a WD SN850 this thing in my opinion is a beast. Handle all games EASILY without a struggle in 1440p. I was able to get high 180s-200 fps on 1440p high settings, with ray tracing turns off and DLSS on performance.
