Build Description
This rig was built with the main goal of being a high end gaming rig, as well as handle CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360), real time slicing of STL files for 3D printing, and any other compute intensive tasks I throw at it. As a mechatronics hobbyist, this is crucial to keeping a project going quickly. As a PC enthusiast as well, this rig is also a hobby, starting life as an air cooled 6700K/ 980 Ti 5 years ago, and evolving over time to a 5900X/ 3080 water-cooled beast.

Favorite Feature
I have made two custom mods for this PC; the one being an extra power button facing the rear (due to the left side position of the case), and the second being a custom fan controller that allows the user to switch between motherboard fan control, and manual fan control on the fly with the press of a button. This allows fan override in case you need extra cooling, or more quiet operation. Both mods fit into PCI-E slots as seen in the pictures
