Jonsbo D31 Mesh Build - Hardline Watercooling Setup
by Blake W Posted on: 9/19/2023Build Description
As this was my first build using hardline tubing it was quite the challenge to create some of the required bends. I did end up buying the Barrow bending jig to help with this. Overall I am happy with how this turned out for my first attempt. I've certainly a new found respect (or even more so) for people who create stunning hardline water-cooled builds. For a drain valve as I am using the 40mm EK rad at the bottom this has a plug that I could make use of by creating a hole in the back of the case to then fit a small 10mm extender into and then into a 90 degree into the drain valve (the 90 wasn't really necessary but I had bought 8 for the build so used a "spare" one I had left). I also wasn't happy that the end caps of the radiators where silver so decided to paint them black (as I ordered these before EK then released a version with black end caps)
Favorite Feature
The hardline water tubing came out great in my opinion, and is my favorite feature of this build by far.
