Zwift PC
by sboats Posted on: 3/29/2023Build Description
This build is used for Zwift. Zwift is a cycling workout/racing game/service that uses input from a smart trainer to measure power output to interact with the Zwift environment. Performance requirements are modest, but decent single-core performance and a mid-level GPU are optimal; resource constraints can impact in-game power output, putting you at a disadvantage in racing. However, the game performance is capped at a certain point, so higher end GPUs are wasted. This PC is also occasionally used as a spare gaming and productivity PC, as well as for other cycling performance apps.

I really like the look of the o11 Dynamic when it came out, so the o11 Dynamic Mini was a perfect fit for this use - small enough to be out of the way, but can support larger form factor motherboards (not just ITX).
