for a friend

i have a friend whotold me they were considering buying one of those "mini pc" desktops. basically one of those small footprint units that are desktops housing low power and low heat laptop components. after a little back and forth, i finally conviced her that i could assemble her a desktop with much better performance for the same amount of money. she eventually agreed because a desktop pc, while larger than what she was looking at originally, isn't something she was needing to travel with either. her usage is a little mix of everything, including light gaming like cooking simulator.
