Build Description
I had wanted to do a smaller Form factor than monstrous, size of a minifridge type build. This one was built from excess parts I had from old systems or stuff I got on sale before or after my main build. Primary purpose is as an HTPC, media server, and gaming rig for living room to run on the BIG TV
Favorite Feature
I went with a mix of hard and soft tubing runs, which kinda reminded me of the mix of machine and organic that the Borg from Star Trek have (see action figure of Locutus sitting on one of the lower fans). I'd also been really looking at using a distro plate, rather than manually linking each component to each other. I think this gave me a fairly clean aesthetic, while still giving it character. Purple coolant also gave it that odd (is it organic or machine) type look, and when light hits through the distro plate, further enhances that look.It was a LOT of fun building into this case, and the plumbing, which can normally take a while, seemed to just assemble itself, and the runs were simple and elegant.
