Tomahawk White

Build Description

This is a WFH and occasional gaming rig:)

Favorite Feature

This was a price/performance build for my work from home and an occasional gaming on a high refresh 1080p 144Hz monitor. The Tomahawk Max motherboard is white, so I themed it white. The MB also has the BIOS-flashback capability, so when Ryzen 4000 comes out, I can flash it and if I decide to return to the old BIOS, I can do that too (though I doubt it would be necessary;) Anyway, the build is way cheaper than intel, performs great for its purpose, the MB has an unbrickable BIOS and I purchased it from the Microcenter with e combo discount:) + it will support the Ryzen 4000 too - these are all my favorite features in spring-summer 2020. Looking forward to Ryzen 4000.

Qty: 1 $115.00
Lower binned Samsung B-die

Cougar Helor RGB 240 AIO

I replaced the Cougar proprietary RGB fans on it with 2 x 2150rpm PWM Gentle Typhoons. This AIO requires a 5v A-RGB connector on the MB, or can be controlled via the included AIO hub - MSI b450 Tomahawk Max has no 5v RGB connector, so I used the included Cougar hub.
