What can I do if Windows 10 was running fine yesterday but not today

One possible solution is a system restore. This will revert most changes, settings, etc. back to a working state without affecting your personal data.

To perform a system restore:

  • Right click Start
  • Select Control Panel and then choose Recovery
  • On the Recovery screen select Open System Restore and then choose Next.
  • From here choose a restore point prior to the time the issue started and then select Next and Finish.
If the problem persists, it may be something else causing it.
