How to disable Alert Messages in ESET Version 9

Description: This article will show how to disable alert messages in ESET Version 9.

  1. Open ESET by choosing the ESET icon at the lower right corner of the screen. The arrow to show hidden icons may need to be selected first to show the icon.

  2. Choose Setup.
  3. Next choose Advanced Setup.

  4. Select the User Interface from the left panel.
  5. Select the + next to Alerts and Notifications.
  6. Under Alert Windows toggle Display Alerts to disabled.

  7. Choose the OK button to save the changes.
