Description: This article will show how to change the computer’s country or region, and languages available on Windows 10.

1. The option to change the region and language settings is found in the Time & Language settings. To open Time & Language settings, click on the Notifications icon near the time and date typically found in the lower right corner of the screen.
   
2. A Notifications window will appear. Select All Settings.
   
3. From the Settings screen that appears, select Time & Language.
   
4. By default, the Time & Language settings will open to Date & Time settings. Select Region & Language from the left.
   
5. The first option in the region & language settings is for Country or region. This setting can be changed to update settings when apps or Windows might use the selected country to determine local content. Clicking on the drop down arrow will allow for this country or region to be changed.
   
6. The second option is to add a language to read and type in. On this option, it will show the current display language and above it will be an option to Add a language. To add a language, click on the plus sign.
   
7. This will open a screen to show languages that are available to use in Windows 10.
