Retail Sales
Retail Sales Associates at Micro Center assist customers with a variety of computer and electronics purchases in our high-volume retail stores. Micro Center features dedicated product departments to meet our customers technology needs. Based on knowledge and skill level, Sales Associates are matched to the department where they can best serve our customers.
Retail Leadership
In-store management teams are responsible for the overall sales, operations and service functions of our multi-million dollar businesses and hundreds of store employees. Our managers must possess strong leadership skills for the various leadership positions that include General Managers, Assistant Store Managers of Sales, Operations and Service, Sales Supervisors and Customer Service Supervisors.
Retail CSR
Customer Service Representatives at Micro Center assist customers with purchases in the checkout areas of our high-volume retail stores. Our retail positions have flexible work schedules including nights and weekends.
Retail Technician
Retail Service Technicians at Micro Center are responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of computer and electronic equipment issues. Timely and accurate communication with the customer is an additional responsibility of each service department associate.

Contact Center
Online support and tech support representatives at Micro Center assist customers on the phone and through chat with questions, general store information, technical advice/support whenever they need them. Our retail positions have flexible work schedules including nights and weekends.
Distribution
Distribution Center Associates at Micro Center are responsible for ensuring merchandise is unpacked, processed, and shipped to meet the needs of our retail stores across the country. our 305,000 square foot Distribution Center is conveniently located in Hilliard, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio.
Corporate
Our corporate home office is based in Hilliard, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. Merchandising, Purchasing, Visual Display, Marketing, Advertising, IT (Technology), Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources are all located within our Hilliard Home Office. Our Retail Call Center and Technical Support Call Center are also located at our corporate home office. All of these department offer a variety of positions and career opportunities within the company.
