I was able to get the bundle with the Intel i7 12700k, MSI Pro Z690-A Wifi DDR4 motherboard, and the 16GB of ram. I upgraded the ram to the T Force Vulcan Z 64 GB(4x16GB sticks) 3200MHz CL16. I was running it with a GTX 1660 Super that I got from purchasing a refurbished Optiplex 7050. After a couple of weeks I went back to your Tustin store and was able to pick up the Zotac Gaming RTX 4060 Solo. That has tremendously cut my rendering time and made it so I can edit 4K videos now. after watching several videos from other youtubers who go to your store to build gaming pc's, Ive since added more RGB lights and got custom white PCIE cables along with 24 pin and 8 pin power cables for the motherboard.$921.60 -

I haven't had a decent computer for more than a couple years. I was once an avid gamer and as games got better my PC just... I haven't had a decent computer for more than a couple years. I was once an avid gamer and as games got better my PC just couldn't handle them. I have been using a low-tier laptop since 2016 and even that struggled with older games, let alone newer ones. As a personal trainer I would love to be able to make make videos and host live streaming content for my clients or those interested in making a change to their fitness/health habits, but my setup just doesn't have the ability to do so. With this new rig I hope to be able to be able to reach a new group of clients and help them to appreciate fitness and how it can change their lives for the better. This (as well as the included picture) is of the current old PC. I am hoping with the holiday deals and this coupon that the new PC (Parts list) will be on the way shortly. Money is always tight so I will be reusing some components from the old PC. Namely the case, GPU, and SSD.....for now. I began with the stock Intel 12th gen cooler but decided I needed something better looking so I upgraded to the ID-Cooling AIO because it matched my aesthetic. Runs all of the games I have at 1080p high settings. I play Seige, Ark, Rocket League and some smaller games like Phasmophobia and War Thunder as of right now. I also used the Tecware Phantom 87 keyboard chassis to make a completely custom keyboard. I tape modded, bought Akko Radiant Red switches, lubed them with Gliging 205 GO, and bought YMDK PBT Keycaps to match the grey theme I had going. Mic is an old Turtle Beach Stealth 400 I got when the PS4 first came out and has worked like a dream since then. Also using a Logitech g502 as my mouse.$943.94 -

I built this pc as a graduation present for myself. The laptop I used during my school years could only handle games such as... I built this pc as a graduation present for myself. The laptop I used during my school years could only handle games such as CS:GO and Osu. With this pc I hope to play more demanding games such as Cyberpunk as well as some photo and video editing. I was able to get this system around the $1000 mark due to the 12900k bundle that Micro Center offered. I didn't include an ssd in the parts list because I pulled it from my laptop. If I could go back and change one thing I would have gotten a bigger power supply for future upgrades. Let me know what you think about this build or what you would have changed!$964.88 -

Now I wish I had more money at the time for a beefier mobo when I had bought this but the combo is beautiful. Works better than expected. I call this build babyboy because building it woke me up even more. It was the the last push to my evolution as a dweeb. My goals become easier to follow. Building motivated me into building more. To not feel like going in my pc is daunting. It took a depressed and nearly checked out of life veteran and turned him into the kid that didn't worry about the worst life has to throw at them. Sorry anyway. Baby boy has made me dig deeper into my studying as I want to make my own Aio for a pc and even delve into engineering because I love the void that creation brings. It robs me of negative focus and gives me back passion. My PC's were always powerful and the trend continues. I am getting familiar with 3d software, mainly unreal. Working on a hard scifi novel that I might just pass to my friend to make into a video game. He loved the idea he will be graduating for programming soon. My gift to him is going to be a high powered machine. For all of his programing needs a rig on par or better than anything i can own. The things I love for the people I love. Babyboy Harkens me back to a time where I was a dorky a** black kid growing up in harlem getting bullied for "acting white" 😪 , up into my time in the infantry and even beyond where constantly get targeted for the same thing by more so the opposite of my childhood bully types. (Sorry for being vague). As you can maybe tell I think way too much. I spend alot of time in chatrooms not because I like them anymore. It's because I can generate heat better than Dominick Mysterio when I'm online. I have a Army of people who hate me on the internet and it's honestly how I get better now n days. I constantly have people discouraging me, trying to drag me down, dehumanize me, feels like the military but with folks I can't punch in the face. That oddly enough has been my source of fuel. People telling. Me I'm worthless and can't. LOL For me it's the best fuel ever. Over the course of two years my aptitude for math, science, has skyrocketed, I have built a reputation in some of the most toxic circles you can find online as a guy you should hate for no good reason at all. I love it. Computers have alot to do with this. This was what I thought about while doing my build. You get where I'm going? This experience was therapeutic for me and eye opening into who I am as a human. Babyboy helped freed a chained man. In a sense by giving me even more confidence to tackle things. For a build that was suppose to replace my i9 9900k rig. It did more than that. It set up another stage of metamorphosis. The recluse in me let's a bit too much out at times : [ sorry. As for the build. It was meant for general use. But if you seen my setup you would maybe understand i use it for much more, such as development. C++ and python coding, btw my first ever code written was program that identified your compiler written in c++, my second was a gpt 2 based learning model (in python)that same night. Now I didnt have AI help me with the second code, but still I was pretty happy with myself. I would like to animate and make a game with my best friend from those times of me getting bullied as a kid. A rpg game based in hard science. Something that gives off "three body problem" vibes. I also need to learn how to design prototypes. Like maybe some thing for the cooler I want to make. For example. 32 gb of ram even at ddr5 i feel limited in unreal engine. So I will go for possibly 128 gb over time. So a 64gb kit is in my future, then another. Next month I'm getting a 4 tb m.2 for Unreal engine alone and another for productivity needs. I have a 4 tb system now. As far as what I could have done differently. I should have gotten the h9 elite case as it has rgb fans and a controller. But pretty much the same exact case I have. I'm gonna also repair my old mobo if possible and if I can do it right, my nephew who is studying computer science but using a idohan spud will have a power relic of the 9th gen coming his way. I loved what this build did for me. It was more than just a pc build. It was as much a window or veiwport into myself, just as this summary of the build experience was. Sorry for taking that so far. A complete beast of a PC that I have spent 1.3k on- The Pros: - Runs fast and has DLSS 2.0 Compatibility - Quiet, barely... A complete beast of a PC that I have spent 1.3k on- The Pros: - Runs fast and has DLSS 2.0 Compatibility - Quiet, barely makes a sound - Has easily swapable parts that help with upgrades and the like. The Cons: - Silicon is Expensive :D - No Heatsink on I/O for MoBo, and only one heatsink for 2nd NVME Slot (No surprise there) - Will have to upgrade in 5 years or so What is it used for? - Content Creation, more specifically 1080p Video Editing and the like - Gaming, and lots of it thanks to the graphics it can pull off - Just messing around and whatever I need it to do. The Core i5 pulls it's weight by the ton, I've never used something this fast before. Advice- I actually got my Monitor from Costco, it's only 199.99 and runs like a dream. Also, be careful with the case screws, if you don't get them right the first time putting in your GPU will be a nightmare. Also, for GPUs, if you intend on getting an EVGA brand one look for their B-stock, it often eliminates anywhere from 30-100 dollars off their cards ;) Overall, happy with my first build and would 10/10 Recommend$1,041.91 -

That final price is a little bit higher than what I paid for because of the 3-1 bundle I got from MicroCenter for my MBD, CPU, and RAM but I think this will hold me over for a long time. I’m planning on streaming a lot of games and growing my gaming channel but my end goal is to eventually start doing some freelance work so that I can start turning this investment into a profit. I wanted something that I wouldn’t need to upgrade, for a good price, and I think I accomplished that very well. Built this by myself and was surprised at how simple it was, everything was mostly plug and install. All I did was make sure I took my time and I did the proper research if I wasn't sure of something. A very fun process for sure and really cool to learn about all the different components to a computer that you probably wouldn’t know unless you built a PC for yourself. Scalping for parts was another fun experience for me, I enjoyed looking for the best part available for the right prices and if I decided to build another PC, I would definitely pay more attention to the dimensions and clearances of the cases before buying my parts. As far as budgeting goes if you are starting from scratch I would 100% recommend you buy the MicroCenter bundle just make sure that they have it wherever you are going to get it from. It's the best deal you can get for really good parts and you won't have to worry about those parts being compatible. With the MBD, CPU, and RAM out of the way next step is picking out your graphics card and my advice is to go with the best you can get right now so you don't need to worry about any future upgrades but a lot of it depends on where the market is. If you really need help look for it on the r/buildapc, there you can find a lot people who share information on pretty much anything related to building a PC. I was able to get my 3060 Ti for ~$330 on amazon, this is probably where you should spend a majority of your money for your build especially if you are trying to build a gaming rig. Next thing on the list is the cooling for your CPU and the case I plan to install 7 fans total for my case (2 exhaust on top, 1 fan in the back, and 4 on my radiator in the front) definitely overkill but case fans are very cheap and you can find good deals on bundles everywhere. For the CPU cooler I'd suggest an AIO, there are a ton on the market, just look for one that fits within your price range and is compatible with your CPU and case and go for it, I wanted to install mine on the top of my case which is pretty standard but there wasn't enough clearance in my case so I had to move it to the front which works just as well. If you do go with an AIO make sure you do your research on the correct ways to install it so that you can extend the life of your cooler for as long as possible. Getting into the storage of the device again it'll depend heavily on how many slots your case/motherboard comes and where the market is at the time but I started off with one 1TB NVM.e M.2 SSD for now because storage is very easy to install and upgrade later on. I'd stick to at least one 1TB NVM.e M2 SSD as a bare minimum they are the fastest drives right now, very small, and quick to install. The final part to your build should be the PSU, I got a gold standard 700W PSU which is enough for my build but could be different for yours just look up a PSU wattage calculator online and they'll let you know what's the right amount for your build. The gold certified PSUs are not cheap but from everything I read are very much worth the price just because of how important the PSU is too your entire build, it can also draw power more efficiently saving you a bit of money on your electric bill which is nice. Again this is only my first build and I'm just sharing what I learned from this entire process and my best advice to anyone like me is: take your time, don't force anything if you have to wait it out, just wait it out. Right now is a great time to build beacuse of how cheap the parts are getting but always be careful of what you are buying and who you are buying it from. Some of the sites that helped me out a lot while I was building was pcpartpicker, userbenchmark, microcenter, newegg, and reddit (r/buildapc). Took me some time to get everything aligned together but that is because you always want to make sure you are getting the best quality and value out of your parts so don't stress it just keep it simple go one by one until you get the results you want and as long as you are keeping track of everything it should get easier as you continue going.$1,076.91 -
