~My $1000 build
by JOSE D Posted on: 9/25/2023Build Description
I built this pc as a graduation present for myself. The laptop I used during my school years could only handle games such as CS:GO and Osu. With this pc I hope to play more demanding games such as Cyberpunk as well as some photo and video editing. I was able to get this system around the $1000 mark due to the 12900k bundle that Micro Center offered. I didn't include an ssd in the parts list because I pulled it from my laptop. If I could go back and change one thing I would have gotten a bigger power supply for future upgrades.

Favorite Feature
My favorite thing about the build is how quiet it is when under load. The case has great air flow so the fans don't need to ramp up to keep the system cool.
