I built this PC mostly for gaming, and it’s honestly more than I’ll ever need right now. My main games are Destiny 2, Warzone, FC 25, Helldivers, and Peak, and this rig handles all of them flawlessly at high settings without breaking a sweat. I went with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D for its insane gaming performance paired with the RTX 5080, which gives me plenty of power for smooth 4K gameplay and futureproofing. I chose 32GB of fast DDR5 RAM to keep things snappy and the Corsair RM850x PSU for stability and long-term reliability. I don’t have any plans for future upgrades since this setup is already way ahead of my needs. If anything, the only thing I might have done differently is considered a slightly larger case for extra airflow, but so far temps are under control.$2,099.94 -

Bought my first prebuilt budget gaming pc in 2020 with i5-10400F, GTX 1660 Super 6GB, 16GB RAM DDR4 2666MHz and 1TB SATA SSD to play FPS games (Valorant, COD, R6). After 5 years, it could barely run cyberpunk and frostpunk at 1080p 60fps on medium setting without ray tracing, so I decided to invest into a mid-high ends custom pc built with the help of my buddy who recommended me to buy discounted bundle parts on Micro Center website and build it at home to save money for better parts.$1,279.92 -

I built this rig mainly for gaming — Warzone is my go-to — and I wanted something clean and minimal, so I went for an all-white setup. Micro Center had the perfect bundle at the right price point, with all-white components that matched my vision. The only exception was the RAM, which isn’t white, but honestly, it’s not a big deal and doesn’t take away from the overall look. I’m running a Ryzen 7 9700X paired with an NVIDIA 5070 GPU, and 32GB of Corsair RAM. I was working within a tight budget, so I kept things practical — no flashy extras, just solid performance. It’s been running smoothly, and while I might tweak airflow or swap out RAM in the future for aesthetic reasons, this build has been exactly what I needed$1,623.94 -

Had an older rig (i7-6700k, GTX 1070) that I wanted to upgrade from, especially since a coworker agreed to buy it. So I went to Microcener and got all the parts except for the GPU (purchased used). I use it for gaming in 1440p, mostly Halo Infinite and PUBG, emulation, and I plan on buying the FF7 Remake and RE4 remake to play in 1440p as well. I also do some sim racing in Asseto Corsa. I have also tossed around the idea of streaming, but that hasn't panned out yet.$1,354.94 -

I wanted to build a rig for unreal Engine 5 development, and needed to do so for a low-ish price. I got some great deals on Micro Center and assembled a mid-high-end gaming PC that has plenty of power and potential for upgrades. It was the first PC i've ever built, and though it was expensive, I got incredible performance for the price by building it myself. In UE 5 editor I get 120 FPS at 1440p Ultra with Ray Tracing, and in Age of Empires II Defintive Edition I get over 340 FPS on 1440p Ultra. I got a solid 2 TB WD Black SSD, couldnt find that on the parts listings. Don't mock my trashy cable managment, I know it's bad and will be redoing it very soon. A funny thing is I didn't realize was that my GPU weighs about 4.5 pounds, and I don't want my fancy ROG mobo to sag obviously, so I made a TEMPORARY GPU brace out of some old LEGO bricks that were lying around.$1,644.93 -

I wanted an all white build that would comfortably run recent gaming titles and adobe premiere without totally breaking the bank. I couldn't find an affordable white 5070, so a black version will have to do. It turned out not bad looking at all with the base of the motherboard being black color. The performance is also great. Video rendering takes much less time compared to my work laptop. And it excels at every game I am currently playing.$1,784.92 -
