I built this system w/ the theme of the Spiderman villian, Mr. Negative, from the video game released in 2018. It got boring quick and I used CableMods blue sleeved cables for my Corsair RMX model power supply. Thermaltake T1000 Transparent Purple coolant was added but It just classes too much. I'll drain and add Transparent blue.$2,876.84 -

When combined with Ai software processes and multiple layering techniques the image may start at about 270mb, but after extensive editing , could reach up to 1.5 gigabytes before resizing. This requires a lot of computer power.$2,619.90 -

I built this PC over a 3 day period as it took some time to learn how to do the loop. Its planned as a gaming/photo editing/programming/general purpose PC. I like to play MMO RPG's, FPS, Adventure/Action type games. I am a professional software engineer and also do some coding on the side for personal projects and IOT automation around my house. I've always wanted to build a water cooled PC and as my first one think it came out really great. As I just recently built it I don't think I will change that much right away but I might consider redoing the one tube run as it could be straighter but for now and really happy with it.$1,919.93 -

For general usage, some gaming. I wish I had more games to play but most modern games are either absolute trash that isn't worth playing or indies that are worth playing but don't require much in the terms of power. The 3900XT I got on sale after the 5000 series came out, works well, cooled by a Noctua NH D15. Should I have waited to get a 5950X? Maybe, but I don't need that much. 32GB of ram, surprisngly I regularly use around 24GB of it so I'm glad I went over the 16GB I usually default to. The motherboard is alright, it works. The 5700XT has to be the centerpiece, I replaced the original cooler with a Raijintek Morpheus II and two Noctua fans. Never goes below 55c even during full load and is always silent. A much better experience compared to when the fan bearings were worn to the point of buzzing from casual mining for a few years. Despite the drama surrounding crypto this 5700XT has heated my room during the winter and put food onto the table for the past two years. Can't complain about that. The PSU I'm glad I went a little overkill initially. When I got this I had a Ryzen 5 1400 and an RX560, something that could probably be powered by a 450W unit. However now it's still got plenty of extra for further upgrades. The case is a Corsair 275Q. It's not very quiet and difficult to work in. I would have rather bought a quality test bench with this money. I need lots of hard drive space.$1,860.89 -

My last computer build got me through many years of use, but it was outdated and really struggled handling newer games. I figured it was time to build something new and so I picked out a build that meets all of my long term requirements. I wanted something that would allow me to play the newest games while simultaneously running a couple Linux virtual machines in the background, with enough room to build out other VM's for lab testing if necessary. My only issue meeting those requirements was my budget, but the AMD Ryzen 9 3900X CPU and Radeon RX 5700 XT NITRO+ graphics card allowed me to stay within budget and get the performance I was looking for. To put it all together I went with the Fractal Design Define R6 computer tower. While not the flashiest of designs, it's well built, and makes for a rather quiet computer, all while giving me enough room to upgrade as necessary. I quickly see my usage of the computer growing, so in the near future, I plan on doubling my RAM and replacing the stock CPU cooler with an AIO.$1,855.90 -

I am a lifelong PlayStation fanboy and decided to venture out into something new. I will still play PlayStation but my PC will be my main gaming platform to play adventure games such as Assassins Creed. In addition, I will be using this PC to play all the Xbox titles that I like such as Gears of War and Halo. This PC is pretty much the vehicle I will be using to enhance my gaming experience and get off of PlayStation Island. The secondary reason for this PC is to get used to windows 10 again. I have been an Apple fan boy as well and my family has been this way for about 10 years. The only PC I have in my house was a small ASUS from Walmart that was only used to run Microsoft Project for my project management courses in my MBA. Now I have this powerful computer to run my projects.$1,730.84 -
