That clearly didn't go as planned. So bout halfway thru 2020 I realized I needed to update my pc so i started picking parts, revising the list, and changing parts as they became unavailable. I waited to upgrade the GFX card unit the 3000 series, but could get a 3080, so I camped out at a Micro Center for a full 22 hours to get a 3070. The case isn't what I wanted, and GPU has less power than I wanted, but the rest came out pretty well.$2,296.98 -

This is my first PC build. I want to play Red Dead Redemption on it, and the build is good enough for me to play this game... This is my first PC build. I want to play Red Dead Redemption on it, and the build is good enough for me to play this game at 120fps and high graphics settings and I'm really happy about it, It runs cool and very quiet too. Completely opposite from the prebuilt I had previously. I enjoyed buying these parts and assembling them myself. There were a few hiccups, but youtube is a very good resource for learning how to assembling a PC from scratch. I may add more RAM later but for now I'm going to finish the game first.$2,107.89 -
