Pair with a super ultrawide OLED display. The purpose is for pure gaming, no work, so and manage and remove all the windows and motherboard bloatware, and the build is super smooth, quiet, cool, fast, and efficient. The AMD processor has 16 physical cores and 32 logical cores not so much for productivity, but for increased headroom and future proofing for when games begin to inevitably make better use of it in the foreseeable future. Although with 32 logical cores, some good productivity is on the table, but not recommended if using with an OLED monitor for risk of burn in due to static images. This is meant only for gaming with headroom to spare. I will admit the $300 AIO liquid cooling system is slightly indulgent, but I didn't want to risk it with expensive CPU, and there were not a lot of reliable reviews and testimonies for the cheaper coolers at the time, so it would have been a real gamble to go with one of the cheaper ones.$3,589.93 -

With inspirations taken from the Corsair Vengeance pre-built PC lineup, I decided to not take any compromises on hardware parts. The games I had in mind when building this PC were Microsoft Flight Simulator and Forza Horizon 5. Both of these games ran flawlessly, easily exceeding over 144 FPS in ultra settings in 1440p. I intend to keep this PC for the long run as I will keep upgrading it throughout it's lifetime. Some parts I do plan on upgrading when I want to switch over to high-end 4K gaming in the future are faster RAM and GPU. The build process was easy and I didn't run into any difficulties as this is my first PC build ever. Overall, this PC has exceeded my expectations when it comes to gaming from FPS, simulations, to racing games.$2,598.88 -

Built my first PC for my self 3-4 years ago and always had a picture of my dream computer in the back of my head but thought it would not be possible due to a lot of the parts being limited edition and just not knowing where to find the parts but when helping my friend find parts for his computer I found the first piece of the puzzle and it started to look like my dream will come true. Upon needing a whole new rig I decided to give a shot at building it myself. Disappointed with the mid-range offerings of the Nvidia 4000 series, I decided to go big and get an RTX 4090. From there, I picked a core i9-13900K to match - which introduced the need for an AIO cooling solution. This system was built with practical gaming performance as the top priority, but with the black 5000D Airflow case and a few unavoidable RGB accents I think it looks beautiful as well.$3,727.88 -

The parts included are high end intended to play games on all ultra settings for the near future. I can't wait to play Halo Infinite, Elden Ring and upcoming games such as Hogwarts Legacy and Starfield. I ended up returning the extra commander core I bought and swapped out the 3 pin iCue fans with 4 pin icue fans. 3) If downloading Windows 11, check the motherboard manufacturing site on how to install! I mainly play rhythm games and COD:MW (2019) but also play modded Minecraft, VRChat & Beat Saber. So I wasn't really planning on building a new pc anytime soon but my old build was starting to show it's age plus it exploded. Upgraded from a 6700K (Not OCed) paired with a GTX 970 and compared to this it's not even close in terms how much more powerful this one is. I mainly just played old games on a 4K 60Hz monitor so it wasn't really a problem but when I started to dabble in VR I needed a bit more. I don't tend to upgrade unless absolutely necessary. Which when my old PSU decided it wanted to fry all the components I took as the time to upgrade. Bought my first high refresh rate monitor and can't believe how I never purchased one sooner. VR and high refresh rate gaming are an absolute dream. Temps stay plenty cool even under load thanks to the AIO and airflow focused case.$2,804.91 -

There were multiple reasons why I went forward with building this when I did – one of them being for remote working purposes as I am a Graphic Designer full-time for a company in New York City. I would be lying to you if I said I didn’t have streaming and playing video games on the list of reasons why also! Part of me wishes I went with the EVGA RTX 2080 TI XC Ultra GPU rather than my 2080 Super but I’m not complaining. I know I’ll eventually upgrade to a dual SLI at one point or another but with that, I’ll probably need a bigger computer case and a higher wattage power supply. Also going to get another M.2 SSD for my motherboard since two are compatible. I stream a variety of games Part-Time on Facebook and love interacting with new gamers in the chat!$3,231.85 -

In the past, I have purchased prebuilt laptops and desktops from well known companies. I wanted to get more "bang for my buck" and decided to build my first computer. I have never built a computer before but I thought it would be fun. I spent so much time watching different YouTube videos and I thought I could do it. My previous computers were not powerful enough to play games such as Valorant or Warzone. I didnt want to spend a ton but I wanted a PC that will be useful for gaming for the next several years with upgrade-ability down the line. It took time picking the parts for the build as I tried to do as much research as I could but once I decided on the parts, I chose Micro Center for the parts as they have absolutely everything. I was excited once I purchased everything but once I bought all the boxes home, I was somewhat worried I would break something and mess up it up royally. But I took my time and went slowly - I mean very slowly. I read each manual and watched more videos. The build took almost an entire day! When I pressed the power button, it worked! I was so excited when I got to the BIOS screen. There were no problems posting and its been running great so far. Im really happy with it and its been running games smoothly!$1,414.91 -

Prebuilt options near specs I required were $500-$1000 more than budget allowed. I’m fairly tech savvy so decided to give custom pc building a go. After a solid month of research and Microcenter’s pc builder I pulled the trigger. The X570 motherboard has plenty of room for expansion and upgrades. Combined with AMD chip allows utilization of gen 4 M.2. Pcie slots allow for future graphics card upgrades. 850w power supply leaves plenty of headroom for expansion and upgrades. In order to stay in budget I sacrificed slightly on graphics card. Won’t effect functionality until switching to 2020 software upgrade later in 2021. Also saved on ram and case. Pretty pleased with case airflow. Need to swap fans to push air thru radiator but case is a pain and don’t want to remove cooler from cpu again. Rewired entire build after a couple weeks. Plenty of room and openings to secure groups based on type or location of wire origin. Ram’s ok. Will upgrade to 32g cards eventually and move to lower latency. When said and done I have a solid workhorse that will carry me thru several future upgrades and remain software capable for several years. Took one nerve racking night and an afternoon to assemble. The education of hands on assembly and initial setup was worth the cost to play. Didn’t fry anything!$2,559.90 -
