So after moths of research I got my parts and built it. At the moment I play Microsoft flight simulator 2020, Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox, Call of duty warzone, geometry dash, and some more and I also use it for school work and personal stuff

  I built this to replace a 10+ year old gaming PC that was starting to show it's age. I mostly play older games like Unreal... I built this to replace a 10+ year old gaming PC that was starting to show it's age. I mostly play older games like Unreal Tournament 2004, COD, etc., and wanted something reliable that would run smoothly on my 2K monitors. I also wanted to go RGB for the "coolness" factor (don't judge me) and provide some ambient lighting in the room while playing. In addition to the components listed below, I went with Corsair iCUE LINK QX120 RGB fans and a Corsair iCUE Link RGB LCD AIO because I liked the LCD screen showing system temps or pictures. I also purchased a custom 12VHPR cable with a right angle connection for the GPU and also plugs directly into the PSU (not an extender). The length on it is perfect so there are no sharp bends which is highly recommended with these HPR cables. These extra components added about $550 to the cost, so the total cost for the system was about $2,500.

Everything went smoothly until it was determined that the original z790 Tuf Gaming was defective. Swapped for the Aorus and bang! It's awesome and the specs should last me for another 6 or more years. Minimal RGB. Just general business computing
