Low Price, High Performance
by Muhammad N Posted on: 9/20/2024Build Description
I love this gaming PC. I built it to play my favorite games, Valorant, Apex Legends, Fortnite, and Cyberpunk. I also use it to surf the web and watch YouTube. The only thing I should've done differently is use sleeved cables for the 24 pin and CPU 8 pin, and not just the GPU connector, everything would've looked much nicer. Other than that, I have no complaints.
Favorite Feature
My favorite feature about this build is the simple sleeved GPU cable. It matches the GPU colors perfectly, it works out so well.
Ryzen 5 1600 AF
Qty: 1
$40.00
AF means 12nm, so it is basically a Ryzen 5 2600 with slower clockspeeds. Great CPU for the price, and came with a cooler.
ASUS Prime B450 M-A II
Qty: 1
$60.00
Great motherboard for the price. 4 RAM slots, easy to work with, and it even has some RGB headers on it.
MSI GAMING X GTX 1060

$50.00
Great graphics card. Still kicks butt to this day, even though it was released in 2016. Whisper quiet card as well.

Bought in-house from Micro Center for $32.99. Good deal if you ask me, but nothing really special here.
Montech X2

Got this from my cousin for free. I would probably not buy this if it were up to me, due to the poor build Quality, but I guess it works as intended.
MSI MAG A550BN 550 Watt 80 Plus Bronze ATX Power Supply

Got this off Amazon. Great, reliable unit for the price. 550 watts is plenty for a build of this caliber.
Crucial P3 500GB NVME SSD

Was $25 at the time of purchase, but I had a coupon XD. Crucial is a very reliable company, who sells high end products.
