Recyclotron 3000

Build Description

After rummaging through the remnants of my father's office that closed years ago, I realized that there was a pile of certified e-waste just waiting to be turned into the ultimate gaming setup of yesteryear. With minimal upgrades, a few LED strips, and a hilariously unprofitable mining gpu, I have put together a gaming setup with capabilities that would have been completely unheard of in 2008. With triple monitors at a staggering 900p, this rig is capable of putting out "playable" framerates in modern AAA titles such as Among Us and Minecraft, all at over half the combined pixels of a 4k display!

Favorite Feature

This board only wanted to turn on with its original power button due to some weird wiring that I didn't feel like figuring out, so I have the deconstructed power button sticking out of the old side fan hole, secured with a twist tie.
