When I was first thinking of building a pc, I only had a budget of $1200 . I love to Stream on Twitch and play intense FPS games like Warzone ,any call of duty game , Fortnite, etc. I thought I would've had to spend $1400+ for the parts I have, but Microcenter really hooked it up with the CPU bundle deal ! This Pc can run any game u want in max frames and resolution. I also wanted the color theme to be as much white as possible because I just think white looks really clean and it stands out more. The graphics card is really good for its price , I just wish it had more then 8gbs of ram. Its not a problem at all with the games I run, but the more GB's of ram u have the better obviously. I also want to upgrade to 32 GB's of ram instead of 16 in the future. My case I chose is really cheap but I love it a lot. Very easy installation and I like the stock rgb fans it comes with and the usb-c port on top is useful . The only downside of this case is that you wont be able to add any fans on the bottom. This Pc was worth every penny !$1,228.99 -

I aimed to create a versatile build suitable for both gaming and production tasks. As a Cyber Security Student, I also enjoy gaming occasionally. The build is performing excellently. However, I must mention that initially, I had two kits of 32GB TeamGroup T-Force Delta DDR5-6400, but I encountered a display issue. After extensively researching through various reviews and Reddit posts, I discovered that I could only use one of the kits. I plan to purchase a 64GB kit in the future, and if it functions properly, I'll upgrade to that configuration.$2,096.82 -

My first desktop PC was an insanely overpriced Alienware prebuilt (please don't crucify me, I was 12) that I got when I was in middle school. It was extremely heavy, had terrible airflow, and generally gave me a whole heap of issues during the like 7.5 years that I had it. Even though it was clunky, I'll always love my GTX 1070 for lasting so long and giving me many unforgettable gaming memories, from the Halo series, to Metro, to Resident Evil. Needless to say, I was long overdue for an upgrade, and with working part-time in college I was able to finally build my first PC and it was a blast. I used to primarily play older games like around 2012 to before, always at 1080p 60hz max. For this build I wanted to make the jump to 2K or 1440p and shoot for a higher refresh rate at at least the 144hz mark. I also wanted water cooling and plenty of fans that I could control to optimize airflow, without having rainbow vomit RBG everywhere (although I see and respect everyone's colorful builds). I've been wanting to build my own PC for years, but after buying the Dead Space remake on steam and having it be borderline unplayable on the lowest settings, I knew it was time for an upgrade. I've stress tested my build with Dead Space, RDR2, GTA V, Metro Exodus, No Man's Sky, and even some Half Life Alyx and couldn't be happier with my target performance. Having started with a 500GB HDD in middle school and eventually maturing into a digital hoarder, I was super happy knowing I could take advantage of my MOBOs 3 M.2 SSD slots, and the added SSD and HDD bracket hidden in the back of my case. Microcenter's bundles made building my PC a breeze, and the only thing I did have trouble on was my GPU. I know there's a lot of discourse regarding Nvidia's 4000 series and their VRAM, but with the market stabilizing a bit after everything, I felt glad at the end of the day with my choice. Performance wise I couldn't be happier. Super fast bootup and processing times, access to DLSS and ray tracing, and an insane boost in quality and frames compared to my old 1070 make using this PC night and day. I picked up a 1440p 165Hz LG UltraGear monitor and WOW; for the price I spent (which was way less than I spent on my prebuilt back then) the performance was great. I feel set for the foreseeable future, besides replacing my AIO in 5 years or inevitably buying more storage and drives. Besides that, there's not much else. The case and build went really smoothly, and I did get confused at some parts but I worked it out (such as forgetting to remove the plastic sticker on my CPU cooler...or not removing the grate my AIO radiator attached to for easier screwing). Overall I'm very happy, and using an unlocked "k" intel CPU finally let's me enable XMP and get the most out of my RAM (6000MHz!).$1,264.94 -

This build was mostly an upgrade from a old build with the same case but basically upgrading all of the internals with new parts. Personally I love how the white part of it still looks even after all these years but the upgrade to having a small display for the CPU cooler makes it really nice and the perfect place to put some dumb little memes.$2,186.92 -

My first ever PC build, where I wanted to make absolutely no compromises on airflow, as I've had bad experiences in the past from premade systems. I was very pleased to find out I had no trouble getting the PC to work. The case was great to build in, and the video helped a ton in feeling secure as a newbie. I did have to replace the originally included side fans (non-RGB) out of necessity, because they made an uncomfortable humming sound, and also weren't PWM, which did not allow me the control that I wanted. Also, I didn't know originally, how much LEDs actually enhance the beauty of a build, if you don't use red, green or rainbow colors.$1,714.73 -

The total build cost is around $1600. My budget didn't allow me to overspend on GPU, so I got the 4060 ti. I expect to upgrade it later this December when 5000 series graphics card releases and I will have the money by then to afford it. Meanwhile, this 4060 ti isn't doing so badly. But I also wanted the most powerful computer I could build. I do not do any gaming so the GFX card just needs to perform well for everyday tasks and occasional 3D CAD work. I also did not want water cooling as I leave my computer on 24/7 and was uncomfortable with leaving it unattended. This build far exceeded my expectations. Located around 4' from my ears, it is completely silent for 95% of what I do. For the fun of it I ran some benchmarks to see how it handles heat under stress. I set the BIOS to Intel recommended values (i.e. no overclocking/undervolting at all). To my surprise on Cinebench R23 it scored 36,981with a max core temp of 77 digress C. I am sure I could get a higher score with some tweaking (P1/P2 currently limited to 253W) but since silence is a priority, I am happy with it as is for now. Very responsive and completely quiet.$2,168.96 -

Always thought that it was more challenging, but after watching YouTube and looking into it a bit more I felt more and more comfortable about the process. I decided it was time to get off the console and back into the PC world (I had a prebuilt gaming PC years ago and have switched back to console until now). I decided to build a upper mid range PC. This was a great experience and building it was super fun. I would love to build more PCs in the future because I had a great time and completing the build and knowing it works is very rewarding. Also building it yourself makes it fully customized so you get all the parts and features you want. Games that I will be playing on this build will include Call of Duty, Madden, Fortnite, CSGO2, Rust, DayZ, Rainbow 6, Rocket League, Among Us, Shellshock Live, Call of Duty World at War custom zombies maps, Farm Simulator, NBA 2k, PC builder simulator, Apex, Minecraft, Lego Fortnite, Not Fortnite Festival, Wizards 101, Roblox, Poptropica, Jump Force, GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption 2, The Last of Us, Lethal Company, Uno, Garry's Mod, Cyberpunk, and Dead by Daylight.$1,698.91 -

I finally decided to replace my first PC build from 6 years ago with this new build. It's the holiday sale season, so I thought why not upgrade my PC so I can play games in 1440p? I got a great deal on the CPU/RAM/MB bundle from Microcenter with the final cost of the entire build around $1k. I am surprised how affordable it is to get an I9 CPU and a decent 4060Ti GPU for this price! The result of the build is amazing. Butter smooth FPS at 1440p resolution in Resident Evil 4 remake. I also tried to run it in 4k, surprisingly, it can handle 4k as well albeit at a lower graphic quality.$1,324.95 -

I wanted to be a good all around PC with an emphasize on gaming. I've been a console guy, but I've been wanting to play some PC only games like BeamNG, Civ, City Skylines, Terraria, and trying my hand with iRacing. I have also rediscovered Minecraft since my only experience with it was on integrated graphics. In the future, I might get some RBG lights for the interior of the case since it is a bit dark and I want to show off the internal components. In hindsight, I wouldn't have built this computer at 2 in the morning before traveling for thanksgiving.$1,099.96 -

It's the third PC I have built but this time it's the first AM5 build so it was still a great learning experience. Fortunately I didn't run into any problems whilst building this and everything fits beautifully together. I highly recommend the NZXT H9 Flow case. It's large compared to other mid-tower cases which makes everything fit together easily, and it's a beautiful case with the glassy panel. I mainly use this PC to play video games. I have played Elden Rings and Dead Space Remakes on this PC, and it runs great. I am anticipating the GTA 6 release, but It will probably be released 2 years later. Hopefully, the 4060 TI can still handle it, if not, I can always upgrade.$2,054.94 -
