It was a i7-th gen MSI dual fan 1060ti, which was later upgraded to 2070 super. It was a prebuilt custom pc from cyberpower and over The years i've had so many issues with the p c sometimes. The case was terrible it caused a lot of overheating and my p c would crash often when I ran even medium load work like turning on rocket league. I figured it was time to build a new p c and this time I wanted to make sure I future proof it without worrying about cost. Because the last p c I bought I built a little conservative because I was still in college and so I didn't want to spend too much money. It was actually a long Time dream of mine to build a new PC. But this time get a case that actually looks cool and I've looked at a lot of open concept cases as well as a panoramic glass cases. I want exposure to the internal components. And also wanted some internal rgb in my build, not too much rgb. I play a lot of AAA games, also FPS shooters, etc. Some of the games i play are valorant, rocket league, cod, halo, overwatch 2, battlefield, csgo, etc. Also a lot of single player games like tomb raider, horizon, last of us, etc. Every game I played told now I have played using logo settings just so my p c would not crash. I wanted a build where i would have to worry about that and be able to play on hight/max settings so i can appreciate the details and art of the games. I've thought about getting into streaming and no right now. I'm thinking about getting into dollarant streaming and/ content creation. I am a huge fan of Keeoh and his videos. Even if I don't get a lot of viewers? I still wouldn't like to be able to stream just doing for the fun. I got all of the streamer components no, just built a very high end p c capable of high quality gameplay End multitask for streaming, Also got some nice streaming cameras a hyperex quadcast s mic. Not sure when I'm actually going to start streaming but hopefully. It's sometimes in your future once I settle in to my new apartment. At the moment instead of streaming I have a youtube channel where I post clips of really funny or good gameplay for f p s games. I'm going to continue doing that till I am able to stream$0.00 -

I wanted to be a good all around PC with an emphasize on gaming. I've been a console guy, but I've been wanting to play some PC only games like BeamNG, Civ, City Skylines, Terraria, and trying my hand with iRacing. I have also rediscovered Minecraft since my only experience with it was on integrated graphics. In the future, I might get some RBG lights for the interior of the case since it is a bit dark and I want to show off the internal components. In hindsight, I wouldn't have built this computer at 2 in the morning before traveling for thanksgiving.$1,099.96 -

I have always wanted to build my own gaming PC but never had the budget to get specifically what I wanted. But now I was able to save up enough and did a bunch of research on the specs and prices I was looking for and got exactly what I needed for my ideal gaming PC. I mainly want to be able to playing games at ultra graphics and high FPS and knowing that GTA 6 is on its way, I know I'm gonna need something really powerful if I wanna run it that way. I like a wide range of games like 3rd and 1st person shooters and even games like Sims or Planet Zoo or Age of Empires. Even Fifa and some racing games as well. I also use the PC for video editing. Not super high end hollywood crazy stuff but yeah. Just random home vids, I'm still learning. Just got DaVinci Resolve.$1,315.94 -

I was running a 9 year old Lenovo i7 4770 build and it was starting to lag just viewing raw photos from my dslr. So, that started the process of building another pc that would be a major upgrade for photoshop and last another 8-10 years. This build uses the i7 13700k along with 32 gb of DDR5 ram for “future proofing.” A 1Tb WD black m.2 drive makes sure I can access everything fast. I had an unopened Corsair H100i laying around so running cool is virtually guaranteed. A bronze 750w power supply makes sure the RTX 4060 Ti stays happy along with the rest of the system. The three led pwm fans included with the glass sided case really tops it off. With microcenter’s bundle deals, this was incredibly affordable and a perfect system for me to get the job done.$1,332.93 -

I built this as a an office desk PC and wanted to build a ITX PC and wanted to show off my components. The Streamcom DA6 features an open air frame with no covers, which allows me to show off all my components, especially the GPU. Unfortunately the case does now allow me to put very large GPUs in. I purchased the 13600k as it was able to be cooled enough by the Noctua low profile cooler. While I was contemplating on getting a 13700k or 13900k, I was hesitant as those are not able to stay cool without thermal throttling alot by a low profile cooler. Cable management was tedious but I spend quite a bit of time to make sure it was cleanly tucked away.$1,366.86 -

I have used it mostly for gaming and video editing. With my limited budget, I had to source my GPU from eBay. The problem I created is that the rest of my old, 7th gen Intel build ended up being a sever bottleneck to the performance I should have been getting from the 6750 XT. Consequently, I pretty much replaced everything else in the build so that I could have a machine that complimented the video card, not weigh its performance down. So far, so good! Right now I'm playing Resident Evil 4 at max settings.$1,439.92 -

Designed to last 5/6 years of abuse at minimum with no major upgrades so latest gen components used. runs a little toasty under load as the case I used has relatively poor airflow but he seems to be relatively happy and will handle a mild overclock on basically everything. The big temperature issue is the CPU which sits at around 80 degrees Celsius under load at minimum. I'm constantly playing around with fan settings to try get the temps lower and might bolt some more fans on.$1,454.92 -
