The exact reasoning behind this build is because of the hardline builds I see in Microcenter on display. I've always loved the look of a hardline water-cooled system and I decided it's now or never and to overcome my fear of messing up a project like this.$5,113.93 -

We hangout here, watch movies, to shows, to gaming. It has been a long journey that took a lot of time but it was a lot of fun and well worth it in the end. The only thing I would change regarding the pc is the motherboard and go with a z590 but this was a year ago when z590 did not exsist. Not a fan of current mobo looks but it does the job and then some overall. Really happy with everything$4,059.92 -

The build was originally for me to stream and play games like, Escape from Tarkov, Valorant, Far Cry, and etc. I kinda over done it because the original idea was to hold off all the parts until the rtx 3090 and the water block to come out. Then it came from a d15 chromax air cooling to now a custom loop build. The gpu doesnt have a water block on it because its used as a temporary card until the 3090. The loop might change depending on how big those 3000 series cards are going to be. There might be or a good chance that im going to swap the 240mm leviathan for 2 360mm leviathans depending on the 3090 temps. The water block is most likely going to get picked up from bykski with a temp reader replacing the original in and out piece. I am going to order another nf-f12 ippc 3k rpm for the 360 leviathan and 3 more for the second one. so far thats the plan im thinking about might add bits of accessories like flow readers or a bitspower hexagon.$3,304.47 -

PC 2 I made for my spouse to work on and also play pc games with me. Most of the games I play are found on Steam, Blizzard, Epic Games, LoL, Valorant, etc. I'm a OIF/OEF Vet myself, my teenage kids wanted to get into PC gaming (they're "upgrading" from consoles/Fortnite) and I come from an automotive repair background so putting together a PC is trivial in comparison to an engine or fine tuning suspension for an auto cross track. Anywho, future upgrades to include the new 6800 XT or some 3080's were available but I'll deal with having 5700 XT's for now as a place holder. Almost returned both these NZXT cases (still within 30day window) and buy 2 new Lian Li O11 Dynamic Mini cases + 12*LL120 case fans but too lazy to take apart both PC components JUST to have the NEW case.$3,267.86 -

Built this gaming PC for my girlfriend who loves playing games like the Tomb Raider series and a number of VR titles. I also have a tech channel on youtube where I cover most of my builds including this one! here's a video on it if you'd like to check it out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vPNyXhldzc Right now it's running a GTX 1070 but that was also recently swapped to a 2070 super which is much more suitable for this build in my opinion. Next step is to put a waterblock on it and add it to the loop! it can also be found on Builds.gg: https://builds.gg/builds/peachy-26506$2,531.92 -

I like this build because it was based around one of my favorite childhood characters, Oogie Boogie, from the Nightmare Before Christmas and with the return of a lot of those characters to popular media and merchandise I wanted to show my appreciation with my new pc. Since I'm a teacher it's nice to come home and have the best possible gaming experience to destress after a hard week as well, so seeing this bad boy turn on is like a whole new mindset!$2,469.92 -

I made this build to get back into 3d animation, which is something I haven't been able to do for a long time due to the lack of decent computer. What spurred on the build was winning the i9-10900K from Intel and LMG for their LTX Gold Sample giveaway. I have been slowly re learning 3d animation with it but also enjoy some gaming, I mainly play Gears 5, but also Minecraft, and Rise of the Tomb Raider. I do plan to double the RAM and I wish I would have looked into the cooler a little more, the 240R is a little small for my i9-10900K, the temps are fine when left stock but I would like to overclock it and as soon as I do the temps go through the roof and I thermal throttle almost instantly. I was lucky enough to be able to get a 3070 right before the prices became unbelievably high but if the market were normal at the time I would have liked to get either a 3080 or ideally a 3090 since more VRAM is king with 3d applications, but over all I'm not going to complain since at least I was able to get a decent GPU at a decent price. One other thing I would have also done differently had I have known more before hand was I would have gotten an ASUS motherboard specifically for the RGB software it uses, Gigabytes RGB software is VERY limiting and overall feels like they don't really care to make it great, whereas from what I've seen about the ASUS one there are a lot more and better options. I would like to also get the same fans for everywhere because the colours are different enough between the 2 different types of fans I'm using.$2,298.93 -

However I wanted and all around PC that I could do pretty much anything on. I have always bought the standard prebuilt machines over the years and wanted something to call my own not HP or Dell HAHA. It was a little overwhelming at first but the associates at Microcenter pointed me in the right direction for everything and asked really good questions. Very Helpful. But I'm extremely happy with the perfomance and products I chose. Now looking forward to the next build and upgrades. LOL$2,225.88 -

I built this rig in 2019 with a 2070 super, (which I replaced with a 3060ti because I wanted to but the 2070 super in another build). Was built only a few months before 2020, so I was very lucky there. I use this rig for gaming (Halo, Minecraft occasionally, Rust, and other random Game Pass games) and I also use it for video editing. In hindsight I would have focused less on the rgb and more on functionality, but nonetheless I am happy with it.$2,079.93 -

Ever since then i have played every single console that has come out to this date. But one in particular that i wasn't able to obtain was a PC powerful enough to handle major games. This year was finally the year. I decide go hard, or go home and bought only quality pieces. I wanted a Pc that could handle games that are to come out for the next 10 years. I don't want to have to spend another dollar on a console that is not at peek performance, because they want to be able to up sale me in the future. Well no thank you, I just up sold myself And now I am in love.$2,060.63 -

I initially planned to upgrade an old HP Compaq for gaming and to use graphic design software. I intend to play Overwatch, Halo, Kingdom Hearts, Splitgate and more. For graphic art I'm mainly interested in digitizing embroidery files and want to make stickers and pins. After getting some help, I realized it would probably be better to build from scratch. I would have loved to keep my original case since I painted it pink and cut out a Jigglypuff silhouette but the CPU cooler and graphics card were too wide to fit. I do like the sleeker look of the new case but in hindsight I should have waited until I had the parts before customizing the case. I did go back to the store a week after building the PC to get more RAM more for cosmetic reasons than needing an extra 16gb. It took about 5 hours to build because I would rearrange how the things were and connecting the rgb cables was a bit confusing. Cable management wasn't too difficult but involved a lot of reworking how I initially connected everything. Next time I'll work on Cable management as I'm building. In general, I should have done more research before starting the build process because it would not turn on when I had finished. I realized one of the power cables was not fully plugged in after checking the cables for everything else first. In the end, it was a fun project and I inspired my boyfriend to want to build a gaming PC for himself.$2,003.91 -

PC built for casual gaming and streaming with friends but has the power and specs to go on for hardcore content creation. I mainly use it for playing steam games and streaming on discord with friends. The PC handles pretty much any current hardcore graphic intensive games with ease but requires some more cooling options. Currently running a AIO for the CPU cooling and I intend to add more case fans because the current tower i'm using is so spacious and didn't come with any built in fans/cooling. So far I've played World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Valorant, Monster Hunter World, Final Fantasy XIV and some other steam games on here.$1,776.92 -
