  Howdy! This is my first PC build! I built it this summer to do some gaming and help with my online classes. I mostly play... Howdy! This is my first PC build! I built it this summer to do some gaming and help with my online classes. I mostly play eSport and AAA titles such as CSGO, R6:Siege, GTAV, Borderlands, Gears of War, and COD. The 2060 Super/Ryzen 3600 combo is amazing and runs almost any game at 1080p High settings with no problem and performs well at 1440p. I think it should be an amazing PC for the next few years but I may look to upgrade the storage down the line. Currently I only have a Seagate 2TB HDD and a 256GB Inland Premium M.2 SSD so I will probably add another 2TB HDD or a 1TB Samsung 2.5in SSD. I may also look to upgrade the AIO. The white H100i fits the color scheme amazingly but I really like the look of the LCD display on the NZXT Z63. I also might buy two more Corsair LL120 RGB fans to replace the stock NZXT fans I currently have mounted on the radiator.

Im now addicted to the whole process from picking the components to the building to the satisfaction of seeing it all running smoothly. I decided to jump in head first and there's no turning back now. My rig is still ever evolving. I still plan on making more improvements. i.e. Aorus Gigabyte rtx 3080 , Aorus Z490 mother board, lian li rgb strimmer cables(8 & 24 pin)... I like playing Cyberpunk, Apex legends, fortnite, and Predator: Hunting grounds. Oh and anything racing. My epic ID is evil.askari . I know this build probably isn’t gonna win because there are gonna be builds way cooler than mine but i’m giving it a shot.   This computer is my first pc build, and it turned out really well! This is a gaming pc, which I built to replace and upgrade... This computer is my first pc build, and it turned out really well! This is a gaming pc, which I built to replace and upgrade from my old prebuilt pc. Games I’ve been playing include tomb raider, fallout 4, jedi: fallen order, skyrim, red dead II, witcher III, and dishonored (1 and 2). I got a great deal on a motherboard/cpu/m.2 ssd bundle, and I’m really happy with all three. My old computer had a mechanical hard drive, and the difference in speed between that old laggy drive and an m.2 drive is unreal. I am planning to get a second ssd in the future, but for the moment my 1tb m.2 is working well and I’m not running out of space anytime soon. I can’t state enough how great the graphics card is, going from a gtx 660 to an rtx 2060 is like night and day, and I am absolutely in love with it! Overall this build has been fantastic - I didn’t have too much trouble figuring out how to put everything together, and I can’t find a single thing to complain about with how it’s been working. The wattage on my power supply is probably overkill, but that’s not exactly a bad thing. After building my own gaming pc, I don’t think I’m ever going back to prebuilts!

Back when i was a kid i always wanted to have my own gaming pc, I use to go to pc rentals just to play my favorite games. This is a budget friendly build not so expensive and not so cheap. I worked a lot for this one and im not stopping, just like my passion in gaming i would always be up for something better. The feeling to be able to build yoiur own pc is one of kind experience and it is something not all of us can do. Im still learning and still working on my building skills and with this community i know for sure i will be better. I will be upgrading my build in the next few years and i will be working on parts that needs to be dealt with. I love playing MOBA games and MMORPG. Single player and multiplayer campaigns are one of my favorites too. Im still playing dota 2 for the last 7 years and looking forward on the new games like Assassins Creed Valhalla which i got recently when i bought the AMD Ryzen 7 3700x. Hopefully i got the chance to win the $500 for me to be able to buy a better chair and desk and other peripherals. Thank you!

Being a Mechanical Engineer requires a powerful PC, but you also need some down time to game your life away. I use this PC for CAD, 3D printing and gaming mostly. This build started in 2018 and slowly evolved into what I have now. Before my recent upgrade I had i5 6600k, 16Gb Trident z rgb, Gigabyte H110m, and very basic black fans. I now have NZXT kraken x63 on my Reyzen 7 3800x, 32Gb Trident z Neo at 3600Mhz, MSI RTX 2060, MSI b450 mortar max, 3 Corsair QL120 fans and 1 QL140 fan allowing me to stay cool and look cool while being able to maximize gaming and engineering performance. In the Future im hoping to get a Nvidia Geforce 2070 super Founders edition, a z63 cooler, and new power supply with sleeved wires, but for now I can manage.

I built this pc to play the pc games that I've wanted to try out for so long now. As an xbox one player, the pc gaming world is new and exciting but still familiar. So far my favorite games have included CSGO, Minecraft (Java edition with some mod packs), and garry's mod. I of course have other games that I play and want to try but those are my most played as of right now. I do also use this pc for school work, and while I mainly use it for gaming, it gets the job done nicely for both. I also plan on getting into streaming and creating videos of me gaming in the near future. I have a couple of friends who also have pc, and it's been fun to play with them in ways I couldn't before, whether it be with new games or games we'd play on xbox with the addition of some mods.

After using my 3rd gen i7(3770k) paired with a R9 290X for so long, it was finally time for an upgrade. I could no longer wait for a new generation to come out and so I pulled the trigger for an AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, paired with a EVGA RTX 2060 KO Ultra. I plan to do the step up program to get a RTX 3070 in the future but for now, this build as a whole exceeds what I was previously using. I would consider this build to be all-around: gaming, future streaming, and video editing.

In the past, I have purchased prebuilt laptops and desktops from well known companies. I wanted to get more "bang for my buck" and decided to build my first computer. I have never built a computer before but I thought it would be fun. I spent so much time watching different YouTube videos and I thought I could do it. My previous computers were not powerful enough to play games such as Valorant or Warzone. I didnt want to spend a ton but I wanted a PC that will be useful for gaming for the next several years with upgrade-ability down the line. It took time picking the parts for the build as I tried to do as much research as I could but once I decided on the parts, I chose Micro Center for the parts as they have absolutely everything. I was excited once I purchased everything but once I bought all the boxes home, I was somewhat worried I would break something and mess up it up royally. But I took my time and went slowly - I mean very slowly. I read each manual and watched more videos. The build took almost an entire day! When I pressed the power button, it worked! I was so excited when I got to the BIOS screen. There were no problems posting and its been running great so far. Im really happy with it and its been running games smoothly!

  Originally built this so my previous rig could go to my girlfriend since the old build I did for her finally ceased to work.... Originally built this so my previous rig could go to my girlfriend since the old build I did for her finally ceased to work. Looking into possibly streaming, but I just wanted to be able to do 1440p gaming at high to ultra settings and stick with air cooling. Entertaining the idea of upgrading the GPU at some point but for the time being a 2060 Super will more than suffice, especially after trying out two 5700 XTs that gave me absolutely nothing but issues and headaches. May also look into getting a different PSU when the shortages end.
