I play league of legends, GTA V, and some roblox on it. Over the years I've slowly added more storage to it but thats about it. I built this pc specifically going into my engineering college so I could be prepared for tougher applications.$1,370.88 -

The original goal was to play Counter-Strike, and now I play all kinds of games ranging from Valorant, Overwatch, Witcher, Red Dead, R6, etc. Something I would have done different in hindsight is getting a stronger processor, as even though I game at 1440p, a stronger processer with more cores would have been better for streaming and school work.$1,147.94 -

I've been piecing this build together a bit at a time for the last six months. I mainly kept an eye out for components that would be a significant upgrade over my 11900K / 3070 Ti desktop build. Shoutout to the employees at my local microcenter who take time to hunt down the random clearance items I order. Everything but the AIO cooler and the ssd storage devices were bought at microcenter. Currently on the 13700k, I have all P cores overclocked to 5.8 with all E cores at 4.4 with vcore set to 1.35 and medium LLC. My ddr5 is modestly overclocked from 6000 to 6400 for the time being. I need to re-learn how to overclock ram because a lot of bios settings have become more complex since ddr3-ddr4 days. From what I understand, Hynix A die modules should be able to overclock significantly higher frequencies - I just need to learn how to pull that off.$1,624.25 -

I bulit this pc for mainly general use like web browsing but also for gaming in competitive shooters since that is my favorite genre. I built this specifically to handle all video editing and gaming, as well as to have a PC that measured up to my mechanical keyboard and peripherals obsession. I play primarily single player RPGs, and also have to create a good amount of video content for work. I needed something that could handle relatively serious gaming applications as well as the most demanding scenarios Adobe has to offer, and this has been up to the task in absolutely every area. I've also recently discovered the joy that is Moonlight streaming on a hacked Switch, so now I'm able to play PC games on the go without having to purchase a Steam Deck. Next up is modifying my 3D Printer so that I'm able to stop/start/pause/monitor prints both from my PC and on the go. I continue to find new use cases for every hobby I take up, and generally the common thread is needing an adequately powerful PC to run everything. This thing overperforms every single time.$1,399.92 -

I had a intel i5 10500 + GTX1080 TI build 3 years ago. I gave the old PC to my younger brother, so he won't bother me no more for computer access. I am going to college soon, so I wanted a smaller PC to be able to move easily and won't take much space as I will be living in shared dorm my first year, so I went with this Mini-ITX case. I had concern about the air flow and temperature of the components when under load because this is a such small case, but it was all good. The CPU runs at ~40C idle and ~70C under load, GPU runs at ~30C idle and ~60C under load with 100% core voltage and maxed power and temp slider in msi afterburner.$2,129.95 -

It is used daily for everything, including three monitors. Two of these are used for gaming: One 34" ultrawide monitor that runs 3440x1440 at 100hz, and then alternately a 55" TCL 55R646 tv than I use for a console like experience (wireless controller, steam big picture mode) at 4k,120hz. I primarily play RPG / JRPG, action, adventure games. Up next for me is to play the recently updated current-gen version of The Witcher III at 120fps. The name of this build was drawn from the predominantly graphite & silver scheme on many of the components. I just rolled with this color scheme after finding multiple clearance deals at Microcenter that I considered too good to pass up. The graphics card, motherboard, ddr5 ram, and most of the ssd storage were all taken from Microcenter clearance. The biggest problem I ran into was also directly related to this. Specifically, the clearance / open box RTX 3090 Ti ended up being a bare card only and was missing the required 3-pronged power adapter that plugs directly into the card. Thankfully, I was able to contact MSI and I can recommend their customer support. Since the card was still unregistered and under warranty, MSI sent me the power cable I needed at no further cost to me.$1,775.77 -

This pc means a lot to me in 2020 I started building and built a computer with a i7 2600k and rx570 needless to say it was a very slow and bottlenecked system. In 2021 I got in Microsoft flight simulator 2020 and I realized I needed an upgrade to keep up after research I upgraded to a ryzen 5 5600x and gtx 1080 (this was the height of the gpu shortage). Now I run an rtx 3060ti and am on my way to my private pilots license this computer is what jump started my career into aviation.$1,445.88 -
