These are the games that are played the most frequently: FM24 LoL NBA2k24 NFL24 Undisputed ARMA Squad Other games being: Mafia Remastered FC24 Avatar (the game received on the video card) RDR2 Cyberpunk, in these games I did not exceed 10 hours each, but I want to mention that I did not have any problems with the PC. a personal problem would be the software of the video card (after 20 years it is the first AMD video card), Adrenaline looks very bad to me and I receive errors almost daily, but that is more my problem from what I have seen.$1,688.92 -

I bought this as a prebuilt but then started gradually upgrading components. Never again will I buy a prebuilt, I have so many issues from the mobo not having screws to the microATX case looking awful in the case I got. I replaced the WD Blue 1tb that came stock with a WD Black SN770, I replaces the MSI case with the Lian LI 011 Dynamic Evo XL, and upgraded to 32 gb of ram. I plan to do more upgrades in the future, replacing the PSU first so I have plenty of headroom. Next, the crappy 6600 needs to go, and even though its not awful, AMD cards are thoroughly overpriced and underperform sufficiently compared to Nvidia,$1,273.96 -

After building my first rig, I was headfirst into the world of PC building. I didn't know my next gaming computer was going to be a space heater though. This build I went for the all white with silver finish aesthetic, and it came out better than I expected. Although it was a bit nerve wracking to troubleshoot the overheating cpu, it was a really enjoyable experience. I use the computer mainly for gaming, I enjoy playing hyper realistic simulation games like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, Forza Horizon 5, and PC building simulator 2 (yes when I said I went headfirst into PC building I meant it), and some other games that this computer is too powerful for. One upgrade I definitely need to consider is getting more storage, because nowadays games somehow manage to take up half an ssd.$2,239.59 -

I think it turned out very well, and with a few tweaks to the GPU settings, I can hit over 100 fps on all current games (Minecraft, Fortnite, Battlefield, etc.) at 1080p medium graphics settings. I like to run a few cad sims and code just for fun. I don't really do any computationally demanding tasks, so the parts I have are significant for my current needs. I plan on upgrading sometime in the near future (around Q3 2023) to something like a 3070 ti/ 4070 or a 6800 xt so I can run games at 1440p.$939.91 -

For Christmas this year I was given the task to build a pc for my cousin in a black theme. He only plays video games and won't need the pc for anything else and having a $1k budget I decided to go with the ryzen 5 3600 combo from micro center with the free gigabyte b450 motherboard. The cpu cooler is an Uphere cooler from Amazon. I paired it with 16gb of corsair vengance @3200mhz. 1tb Inland nvme m.2. For psu I initially bought the corsair 650 but had a fan sound so I return it and no more in stock so I picked up a powerspec 650w 80+ bronce semi moduler. The case is a Lian Li air mini in black. I added 6 uphere rgb fans from Amazon. For the gpu in order to get the most out of the budget I decided to buy used and get a gigabyte rtx 2070. I also added some black psu extension cables.$859.96 -

The original idea for this pc was to keep at school with me in a smaller form factor than my first pc. With this I would then have a pc at home I could use for much lighter use for the rare occurrences I was home for a weekend. However, this pc went through many, many iterations. It took me building it about 5 times to finally be settled with the parts and the look of the pc. It started with the Lian Li LANCOOL 205M because of its small form - until I saw the 011D Mini in store. From there I wasn't gonna be happy until that was my case. Because of this the build ended up getting much more expensive than I anticipated, but with falling component prices, I believe it was worth it. This PC handles my day-to-day college workload, which primarily consists of software development and some networking. When I have free time I'm an enthusiast gamer and sometimes streamer. I insist on being able to play the newest titles at beautiful graphics settings which is what drove the choice to go for the 3080 - as I believe it's the best high-end bang for the buck card. Right now I've been playing a lot of Battlefront II and I've also been revisiting Cyberpunk 2077 with my new card. I'm extremely happy with this PC however I do have a few upgrades planned for the future. The first being swapping the AIO out for a White NZXT Kraken x63 because I like how the 280mm rad fills out the side intake. Lower priority things include more case fans and MAYBE swapping out the mobo at some point in the future.$2,189.94 -

I had an (probably 10 years) old computer that I built and have been using it daily ever since. At two separate points throughout it's lifecycle, I made two massive upgrades - 1) going from an HDD boot drive to an SSD, and 2) upgrading the video card from one that was mid-range at the time of installation to a modern mid-range card. The video card upgrade was probably 3-4 years ago. Now that I am permanently remote in my day job, I get to spend an enormous amount of time on sitting at my computer. With new lines of CPUs having just been released, I figured now was as good of time as any to do a full, much-needed rebuild of my daily PC. I work on my computer for the full day, every day, and work on side projects (web development, writing, etc.) in the evenings. I do some gaming, but haven't really had a capable machine to really enjoy it in many years. With that, I am many years behind on PC games, so I don't need to play the latest and greatest. With that, and a budget, in mind, I built the whole system from the ground up, but decided to reuse the existing video card. GPU prices are ever-so-slightly beginning to come down, so I thought I'd wait a bit to buy one while catching up on the past 6-8 years of games I haven't been able to play.$869.93
