I built this PC so I can edit 4K videos in Davinci Resolve. My youtube channel is RGZ Content Productions. I also started playing Apex Legends and am new to PC gaming. I was able to get the bundle with the Intel i7 12700k, MSI Pro Z690-A Wifi DDR4 motherboard, and the 16GB of ram. I upgraded the ram to the T Force Vulcan Z 64 GB(4x16GB sticks) 3200MHz CL16. I was running it with a GTX 1660 Super that I got from purchasing a refurbished Optiplex 7050. After a couple of weeks I went back to your Tustin store and was able to pick up the Zotac Gaming RTX 4060 Solo. That has tremendously cut my rendering time and made it so I can edit 4K videos now. after watching several videos from other youtubers who go to your store to build gaming pc's, Ive since added more RGB lights and got custom white PCIE cables along with 24 pin and 8 pin power cables for the motherboard.$921.60 -

I build this system so I could stream and game at the same time, rather than run two pc's at once. I usually stream a selection of games and whatever is currently popular I will make content on. I upgraded to a msi suprim liquid x 4090 and i9 13900k. The pc is rocking a msi edge wifi z690 mobo , 32 gigs ddr4 corsair vengeance pro ram , msi 1000 watt psu, artic freezer II 420 mm rgb aio and 2 sets of lian li fans. When I got the 420 mm aio I didn't account for the thickness and how big it is. So as you can tell the case had to be cut and modified a little, since I spent all of my budget on the cpu , aio and gpu. Overall it looks amazing, this pc has come a long way! I will eventually have to upgrade my chair from a bad 100 dollar "gaming chair" to a more comfortable one.$3,207.91 -

It started off as a low end computer because I didn't have much money to be able to afford what I desired. And the only reason I was able to afford those PC parts was because I decided to sell some of my electronics. Those electronics include, a Nintendo Switch with all of its games and a few other things I can't remember. And after I save up enough money and bought all my parts from Amazon, only because I didn't know about Micro Center at that time. I know it sucks, and I feel bad for myself for not knowing about it. And that was the worst time for me to start building a computer since it was 2021, when the prices were too high. So my first parts were a Ryzen 3 3200g CPU, an AsRock B450M Pro4 motherboard, Viper rgb 8 GB 3200 Mhz ram, Crucial P2 500GB ssd, Aresgame 450W power supply, and a cheap MSI case. I didn't buy a GPU until 5 months later when I was able to afford one. That was when I found out about Micro Center, so I bought an AMD Radeon RX 6600 MSI MECH 2X GPU for around $460. From there on I started to slowly upgrade my PC. I changed my ram sticks to Crucial RGB 2x8 16GB 3600Mhz. I bought an AIO from cooler master, which lasted me all those months until just recently I upgraded it because my new CPU needed better cooling. Next I upgraded almost everything with the money I saved up from one of the jobs I worked at. I bought a new case, Motherboard, CPU, and new fans. The case was a Fractal design Meshify C, the Motherboard was an MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus, and the CPU was a Ryzen 5 5600g. I was finally able to play more demanding games, which is good because I love playing Campaign open world games like Far cry and Cyberpunk; and multiplayer games like Call Of Duty. And I was not done, I still wanted better gaming quality and performance. I then decided to go big or go home; Once again I saved up money from work and bought an EVGA RTX 3070 Ti, but I wasn't pleased. So I saved up a little more and bought a EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming 10Gb GPU for the low price of $770 US. And i'm not even joking, that price at Micro Center beat every other retailer, so I was very happy. Also another reason why I was able to afford all the upgrades was because I sold all my old parts to friends or other people, and I would help them put the computer together if they needed it. Then I changed my Ram again to some G.Skill Trident Z Rgb 4x8 32Gb 3200Mhz CL16 because why not. And so this year I made my last PC upgrades until I feel the need to change it up. I received an email from Micro Center of a CPU & Motherboard combo deal for an Intel platform, and I've been wanting to upgrade my CPU so that was my chance to which I took. And that was what caused me to change my AIO to a 360 mm for much better cooling. I also forgot to mention a few other parts I added and changed, which were a new case and more SSD storage. I will have all my recent parts listed, so there is no need for me to list them here. Lastly, the name Rem comes from a female from one of my favorite anime, at first sight she isn't so great but over time she becomes a lovable person just like my PC. And her hair is blue which is my favorite color. Finally, all of this happened because I was bored of playing games on console and I wanted to become better since I wasn't making anymore progress on controller. And I was inspired by Linus Tech Tips to build my own rig. I learned almost everything from his YouTube channel. I want to thank you Micro Center for all the amazing deals and for reading my rant of my long journey that lead me here.$2,276.85 -

I'm still missing a couple of more fans on top of the case for more exhaust and 2 fans on the radiator so I can have a push and pull system. But otherwise very satisfied with my first build. That final price is a little bit higher than what I paid for because of the 3-1 bundle I got from MicroCenter for my MBD, CPU, and RAM but I think this will hold me over for a long time. I’m planning on streaming a lot of games and growing my gaming channel but my end goal is to eventually start doing some freelance work so that I can start turning this investment into a profit. I wanted something that I wouldn’t need to upgrade, for a good price, and I think I accomplished that very well. Built this by myself and was surprised at how simple it was, everything was mostly plug and install. All I did was make sure I took my time and I did the proper research if I wasn't sure of something. A very fun process for sure and really cool to learn about all the different components to a computer that you probably wouldn’t know unless you built a PC for yourself. Scalping for parts was another fun experience for me, I enjoyed looking for the best part available for the right prices and if I decided to build another PC, I would definitely pay more attention to the dimensions and clearances of the cases before buying my parts. As far as budgeting goes if you are starting from scratch I would 100% recommend you buy the MicroCenter bundle just make sure that they have it wherever you are going to get it from. It's the best deal you can get for really good parts and you won't have to worry about those parts being compatible. With the MBD, CPU, and RAM out of the way next step is picking out your graphics card and my advice is to go with the best you can get right now so you don't need to worry about any future upgrades but a lot of it depends on where the market is. If you really need help look for it on the r/buildapc, there you can find a lot people who share information on pretty much anything related to building a PC. I was able to get my 3060 Ti for ~$330 on amazon, this is probably where you should spend a majority of your money for your build especially if you are trying to build a gaming rig. Next thing on the list is the cooling for your CPU and the case I plan to install 7 fans total for my case (2 exhaust on top, 1 fan in the back, and 4 on my radiator in the front) definitely overkill but case fans are very cheap and you can find good deals on bundles everywhere. For the CPU cooler I'd suggest an AIO, there are a ton on the market, just look for one that fits within your price range and is compatible with your CPU and case and go for it, I wanted to install mine on the top of my case which is pretty standard but there wasn't enough clearance in my case so I had to move it to the front which works just as well. If you do go with an AIO make sure you do your research on the correct ways to install it so that you can extend the life of your cooler for as long as possible. Getting into the storage of the device again it'll depend heavily on how many slots your case/motherboard comes and where the market is at the time but I started off with one 1TB NVM.e M.2 SSD for now because storage is very easy to install and upgrade later on. I'd stick to at least one 1TB NVM.e M2 SSD as a bare minimum they are the fastest drives right now, very small, and quick to install. The final part to your build should be the PSU, I got a gold standard 700W PSU which is enough for my build but could be different for yours just look up a PSU wattage calculator online and they'll let you know what's the right amount for your build. The gold certified PSUs are not cheap but from everything I read are very much worth the price just because of how important the PSU is too your entire build, it can also draw power more efficiently saving you a bit of money on your electric bill which is nice. Again this is only my first build and I'm just sharing what I learned from this entire process and my best advice to anyone like me is: take your time, don't force anything if you have to wait it out, just wait it out. Right now is a great time to build beacuse of how cheap the parts are getting but always be careful of what you are buying and who you are buying it from. Some of the sites that helped me out a lot while I was building was pcpartpicker, userbenchmark, microcenter, newegg, and reddit (r/buildapc). Took me some time to get everything aligned together but that is because you always want to make sure you are getting the best quality and value out of your parts so don't stress it just keep it simple go one by one until you get the results you want and as long as you are keeping track of everything it should get easier as you continue going.$1,076.91 -

I just finished this build to play games and stream on Twitch and upload VODs to Youtube. I play mostly competitive FPS games, so having a high performance PC is important as I dont want my skill or my viewers experience to be limited by my PC hardware. The only part I regret getting is my Samsung 1TB Sata SSD, I shouldve spent more and got a larger Nvme SSD like 4TB, as I am constantly uninstalling games and having to move recorded footage to my NAS to save space. This build is specifically designed for 1440p High FPS on High to Max settings. I decided that Ray-Tracing was a feature I didn't really care for or notice even when it was on. I didn't want to break the bank either. I started with absolutely nothing not even a mouse and keyboard. So that will skew the price a little higher. But if you're already equipped and just going for a new PC build this one is great! Without the monitor but including Windows license and the usb to update the bios you're looking at about $1550.00. NOTE - The motherboard, processor, and first 16GB of ram was in a bundle. The graphics card was on sale for 649 and included a 50 dollar discount when purchased with any processor. Your price may vary depending on the bundles available along with any sales going on. Honestly this may not be the highest end equipment, but spending any more will result in diminishing returns. You could get an RTX 4080 or whatever but unless your going for ray tracing we're talking about getting 10 to 20 more frames more than the 140 to 170 for AAA games for 270 to 290 for e-sports games at high/max settings than your already getting. It's just not worth it in my eyes. This, in my eyes, is just the perfect build.$1,405.93 -

I decided to build a PC in 2022 but wanted a high-end gaming PC under $1500. So, I wandered all PCpartpicker part lists to find the best deals, picking parts that fit my wallet without losing on the aesthetics. I found a 3080 used on marketplace for $480 and bought it without a PC to test if it was working until I built mine (2 months later). Since the seller said, he sold his PC and didn't have another PC to show me if it works. In the end, I pulled the trigger anyways since my urge to get a GPU was high (I checked every website to get one). I was playing with fire, don't do this absurd stupidity! Then working with this case was a pain, but aesthetics are also important. I already explained the reasons on the part reviews. I was planning to purchase only 16GB of ram to save some bucks($1450 build), but you have to go with 4 to get the perfect look. If you want more performance, go for ddr5 instead of ddr4 (the ddr5 version board was at the same price). I could have built a 32GB ddr5 ram with just $20 more, but you only get 2 bars of 16GB. It is called a budget build for a reason, so it's a no-no to buy 4 bars of ddr5 to get aesthetics. I would say this build has a balanced performance-aesthetic ratio. I also plan to buy cables to get even better aesthetics and more extension cables to fix the issue of insufficient ports to connect more devices on my fan controller—no light on my led strip for now. I will update the photos once installed in the future!$1,632.98 -

This is a budget pc build that I made due to the amazing 12700k + Asus z690 Combo at Micro Center. Prior to this sale, I had no intention of building a computer any time soon. When I saw this sale, I knew I had to jump at the chance to make a new pc build. I made this build with a strict budget in mind, but I also wanted to ensure that I purchased parts that will last for at least the next 2 years. In a year a two from now, I plan to make a few significant upgrades to this build. I will upgrade the CPU to a 13th gen chip like the 13600k or the 13700k. If the AK620 is not able to sufficiently cool the CPU, I may also need to upgrade to a 240mm or 280mm AIO. I also plan on upgrading my GPU to either a AMD 6800xt or NVIDIA 3080.$1,187.95 -

I wanted to digitize, compile, clean and edit these videos into a modern format for the family to enjoy using topaz video enhance and adobe premiere. When I'm finished with that task, I would like to try my hand at creating videos as well. The rig will also serve as a gaming rig. It is lightning fast.$2,444.84 -

Bought and built this to primarily play games and to finally have a machine that can handle all current gen title games at 1080p. Games like Apex Legends and Halo Infinite all hold a framerate well above 144hz at the highest graphic settings with no problems as well as keeping cool. This computer also allowed me to be able to record my gameplay in high quality using OBS thanks to NVIDIA'S nvenc encoder in part to the 3060 RTX. Video editing programs such as adobe premiere also run well to edit footage together to create youtube compilations of the many games I play. Eventually upgraded the storage on the computer with SSD drives which was easy due to the microATX motherboard being in a ATX size case for ease of building as well as the case having drivebays on the back panel of the computer.$1,137.92 -

I began with the stock Intel 12th gen cooler but decided I needed something better looking so I upgraded to the ID-Cooling AIO because it matched my aesthetic. Runs all of the games I have at 1080p high settings. I play Seige, Ark, Rocket League and some smaller games like Phasmophobia and War Thunder as of right now. I also used the Tecware Phantom 87 keyboard chassis to make a completely custom keyboard. I tape modded, bought Akko Radiant Red switches, lubed them with Gliging 205 GO, and bought YMDK PBT Keycaps to match the grey theme I had going. Of late, it's been far too much scrunching over the laptop that a high- performing 'entertainment' PC was in order. In addition to solo campaign RPGs, mmoRPGs, first-person shooters and battle royales both new and old (GW2, LoL, I'm looking at you), I've been particularly into exploration and survival games like the Flame in the Flood, Don't Starve, It Takes Two and the like.
