He always asked me to buy him a pc or let him play on mine so I definitely chose the latter option. He didn't need much and my budget was under 600 so I had to with a few used parts.$701.94 -

The point of this PC was to be a huge focus on value, not spending any money on anything unnecessary but still looking clean and with some RGB. Performance is great at 1080p and even 1440p as the RTX 3060 is still a great card for most games. The white Powerspec power supply with white cable sleeves really completes this PC as only the GPU and motherboard stand out as not matching the colour scheme.$675.93 -

I built this machine about 2 and half years ago, for the purpose of gaming with school work mixed into it. I play a wide variety of games which changes all the time; currently sitting at playing Destiny 2, Elden Ring, and Deep Rock Galactic for the most part. Over time I've got some minor upgrades with a major; being that I added M.2s to fill the NVMe slots on the X570 and about just over a year ago, close to two years now, I upgrade my GPU from a 5700x to a 3060. More recently added the Vengeance 2x16gb RAM cards to be the most recent major upgrade I've done. I plan on in the near future upgrading my PSU to allow me some extra room for future upgrades; while also simultaneously planning on my next major upgrade of my CPU, GPU, and possibly motherboard, around the time the 50 series are released by NVIDIA.$1,198.92 -

As time goes by and started working, I upgraded the parts step by step to fix bottlenecks, which it did. I figured going with the white case and black hardware would be cooler.$1,582.90 -

Long time follower of BitWit, Jayztwocents and LTT, watching all of their content finally convinced me to get off my wallet and get into gaming the right way. Little did I know that GPUs were impossible to find, so I had everything shipped, built it and looked at a hollow, unusable system for 3 weeks while I searched. I ended up driving 11 hours (round trip) to get my hands on an RTX 3060. I made a complete TUF build and was making zero compromises so I had to wait longer than I expected. I ended up acquiring a 90 degree 24 pin adapter to keep the inside clean, as well as a flexible USB 3.0 Cable. I will be installing a custom plate to hide the SSD panels and installing a Raspberry Pi screen with system information displayed. All in all, I am pleased with how it turned out. Chair is an XRocker Strike RGB (Canada Exclusive) I feel like I planted myself firmly in the position of updated, yet entry level. Next mod is UniFans !$2,249.89
