I wanted a PC that I could use for gaming, streaming, and editing videos. I mostly play first person shooter games and have played League of Legends. I also have a YouTube channel which I create vlogs to share my life with the world. With my love for gaming, I also decided to start streaming on Twitch. I had a lot of help from my friend when I was building this PC. I wish I knew how small and tight mini-ATX motherboards were. Even with my tiny hands, plugging in everything was kind of tough. In the end, I am really happy with my build. It allows me to be able to do everything I want without overheating or the PC slowing down. I eventually would like to upgrade my case fans and RAM to add more color.$792.66 -

I mostly play Fortnite, Minecraft, Jurassic World Evolution, Apex Legends and more. I got everything at a very reasonable price. I only have 8gb of ram right now. I plan to upgrade more in the future. I also want a better cpu as I got the Intel Core I5. I have two samsung monitors connected to the pc. The Radeon 570 8gb may not be the best gpu out there. But it is perfect for me. I got a 750 watts power supply which might be overkill but it is a good choice when making upgrades. I will also add more hard drives because I have a 1tb seagate firecuda. I got a gaming motherboard that has a great bios.I don't have good cable managment with the limited space there was with the case. I love the case of course. It has just one horizontal RGB strip but so many choices of colors and modes. Overall, I am having a great experience with my pc. It runs flawlessly with minecraft. A few bumps with Fortnite but it is still so good. Once again I am SO happy with the result. I love my Pc and wish to keep it for many years.$856.04 -

This build was designed for a friend primarily for lower-end gaming titles, as well as some recording and streaming (mostly to Discord, not Twitch or anything that warrants a fairly high bitrate). Most of this build's use has been games such as Minecraft and Valorant, and the generally fast speed of the overall build has come in handy with general productivity as well. The aesthetics of the build were not taken into high regard as this was made as a budget build; though aftermarket cables and fans were used to achieve a bit of flair. Most of the parts were chosen because of their availability or price, and thus half the parts were either used or open box. Still, the computer is fairly powerful and is able to run modern higher-end titles at a decent rate.$1,002.89 -

A nice and solid office machine that will have serious staying power and hold up for years. A productivity monster that will outmatch anything else in the office in reliability. This build in particular can handle intensive amounts of production work, with a powerful chip backed by tons of RAM. It'll be fantastic for CAD and spreadsheet work, capable of outputting to multiple monitors and displays. With a simple GPU upgrade later on, this build can always pivot towards becoming a hardcore gaming rig, and thus this build also has potential for the future. I wanted to create a subtle yet attractive build that catches the observer's attention while not having the in-your-face "gamer aesthetics." The only RGB in my build is on the RAM, which is just the right amount for my design philosophy. The one thing lacking and bottlenecking my build, as I recently installed an Intel i9-9900k, is the GPU. I am still rocking a GTX 970 from my first build in 2016. It is hooked up to two 1440p 144Hz monitors. It has served me well throughout the years; however, even with an aggressive overclock, it is evident that an upgrade is far overdue. I am currently waiting to upgrade to an RTX 3070 as soon as they become available again. I enjoy playing games such as Call of Duty, NBA 2k, Detroit: Become Human, Forza and look forward to playing Cyberpunk 2077.$1,342.49 -

I needed a rig that could handle playing Beat Saber while running multiple programs, recording with green screen, camera, running PC game, and VR all at the same time. I built this pc because my old computer I had that was prebuilt when I purchased could not handle everything I wanted to do. Before this build, my old pc would keep lagging and I would end up being stressed and not playing after ten minutes. Even though I'll be using it for games, and also office work, it's nice that I now have a pc that will not only let me do anything without it lagging or freezing, but also a pc that I love and built myself from scratch. Emotionally rewarding and satisfying building my first pc! The journey to researching each part, and learning the components are great too. I knew nothing when I started this build. Now I can record/stream the games I love, and able to start recording so I can upload and share on youtube and hopefully on twitch soon (I am "LastFoodBender" in both platforms. Username is LastFoodBender because I love food lol). The games I mainly play are Beat Saber (also other VR games), Destiny 2, Fortnite, Fall Guys, World of Warcraft,Call of Duty (I love zombies). If it wasn't for Microcenter having much better prices than anywhere else I would not have been able to build this, and would have had to settle for lesser parts that I could afford within my budget which may have ended with a pc that was not fast enough to do everything I want. Eventually I would like to upgrade my GPU, get a bigger ssd, and higher psu; for now though, my pc is something I now absolutely love and proud of!$1,469.40 -
