It's been working great so far. I have not encountered any games this PC couldn't run. This setup is absolutely perfect for 1440p gaming. I built this to replace a 10+ year old gaming PC that was starting to show it's age. I mostly play older games like Unreal Tournament 2004, COD, etc., and wanted something reliable that would run smoothly on my 2K monitors. I also wanted to go RGB for the "coolness" factor (don't judge me) and provide some ambient lighting in the room while playing. In addition to the components listed below, I went with Corsair iCUE LINK QX120 RGB fans and a Corsair iCUE Link RGB LCD AIO because I liked the LCD screen showing system temps or pictures. I also purchased a custom 12VHPR cable with a right angle connection for the GPU and also plugs directly into the PSU (not an extender). The length on it is perfect so there are no sharp bends which is highly recommended with these HPR cables. These extra components added about $550 to the cost, so the total cost for the system was about $2,500.$1,938.94 -

The 4000 series has been a decent line so far but the original non-super 4070 seemed to be pretty underwhelming, so i decided to wait even though it was at the perfect price point for my budget. finally, the 4070 super is exactly what i've been waiting for. very pleased so far with the performance so far on my 1440 resolution monitor. and at the resolution i don't expect to ever need any more than the 12gb on the 4070 super.$1,629.92 -

The 7600X can run a little hot at times but from what I've read that's normal and its not uncommon to see 95c. Typical gaming temps average 60-75c. Idles around 35-40c depending on ambient temp. The 4070ti Gaming x Trio is great, last card was the 3060ti Gaming z Trio and its a nice upgrade. The Gaming Trio cards are solid, think it'd be hard to find any issues with them. 0% fan option and low temps when gaming, 40-65c. Chose the motherboard because it was one of the cheaper ATX AM5 boards with 2 m.2 slots. All I can say really. WiFi is a nice extra. RAM is RAM very nice B) think I might add another 32GB at some point. The AIO seems decent enough. First time having one in a build. Really like the case, plenty of space inside for any future upgrades and the stock fans are pretty nice, especially the front 2 200mm ones. Quiet and provide a lot of airflow with decent RGB. Only downside I've found so far is the long AM5 boot times. Info was a little blurry but from what I've read it's to do with the RAM and should improve over time but we'll see. Not a major issue. Overall happy with the build. Gives me a platform for future AM5 upgrades.$1,854.91 -

My original budget was under $1k. I ended up with a PC almost twice the original budget. But it was all worth it. My last build was 7 years old and not compatible with the latest versions of Windows (not that I *really* wanted to make the switch). So I'd basically be building a whole new PC. So I built a whole new PC. It's about half the size, as well. I mostly plan to use it for gaming. I've been playing a lot of Darktide and Hogwarts Legacy, planning on playing some Cyberpunk as well. Also Guild Wars (1), but this PC doesn't change the way I play games from 2007 at all. I also homebrew tabletop rpgs and make character sheets for games I like with character sheets I don't like. I decided after years and years of using a gaming laptop that enough was enough and it was time to do a proper PC upgrade so I could play whatever I wanted while having as many internet browser tabs open without the fans sounding like a rocket at liftoff. Originally had in mind a smaller case and a cheaper build but as the GPU shortage affected what I could get and with the launch of Intel's 12th gen CPUs I decided to spec it higher. I was a bit limited by what I had already bought at that point (primarily the AIO, would get a 360mm if I could go back and redo it). I knew I wanted a white build and since I've been playing Genshin Impact since day one, I decided to theme this build around Celestia / Mondstadt and my favourite characters. Purpose of the Build: My build is geared towards an immersive gaming experience. With a focus on playing games like Apex, COD, and Assassin's Creed, I aimed to create a powerful rig that delivers exceptional performance for my gaming preferences. Gaming Preferences: I'm a fan of intense and action-packed games like Apex Legends, Call of Duty, and the engaging narratives of Assassin's Creed. The build is tailored to handle these games seamlessly, providing a visually stunning and responsive gaming environment. Content Creation and Coding: While my primary use is gaming, I also dabble in coding during my free time. The build, with its robust specifications, ensures smooth coding sessions and fast compilation times. Future Upgrades: Currently, I find my build more than capable for my gaming and coding needs, so there are no immediate plans for future upgrades. The current configuration meets my requirements effectively. Hindsight Considerations: In hindsight, I might have opted for a 360 AIO cooling solution, but this would have required a larger case. If I were to revisit my choices, the Corsair 5000D would have been my top pick for a case that accommodates a 360 AIO while providing ample space for future expansions.$2,149.91 -

I play mostly action role-play games, such as Elden Ring, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. This setup is perfect for these types of games. I can turn the graphic visual all the way up without lagging out which provides more immersion during the gameplay. The PC build process and setup went very smoothly, with no problem with Windows and driver installation. I am very pleased with the result.$1,809.95 -

This is my second time building a PC, so I am trying to do everything perfectly. I picked the parts with thorough consideration. Besides making sure the parts are compatible with each other, I also picked the snow white theme for this build. The final result is super clean and stylish. And it's powerful too. It's perfect for gaming in 1440p. I was able to get a constant 80 FPS+ in Cyberpunk 2077 with the highest graphical setting. By turning down the graphic a little, I was able to get 150+FPS.$2,079.94 -

As the build name suggests, it's for playing Dark and Darker! The game isn't really graphically intensive, but it is still in early access and not optimized, it needs a moderately recent PC for it to run smoothly. My Asus gaming laptop from 2018 wasn't going to cut it even with all the settings turned to minimum. This new PC, however, runs the game perfectly smoothly! And it is quiet too, unlike my laptop, which turns into a jet engine when I game.$2,355.94 -

I've been an avid batman collector for years and got into pc gaming by my best friend who past away in 2021. In his memory, I eneded up finishing the build with some videos and help online. It just an amazing reminder of him sitting on the wall. I included the original set up but now I finally have a permanent location. I was in the market for a new gaming PC build because my previous gaming PC is 5 years old now. I began browsing the internet for parts. 2 weeks ago, I saw this crazy combo deal on NE! I9 12900k+MB+32GB RAM for only 400 bucks! After I got this combo, I went to Microcenter and got the rest of the parts needed for the build. I was finally able to build it after waiting for the parts I wanted to go on sale for the past 6 months. After getting a great deal on the RTX 4070 TI GPU, I got everything needed to start building. The installation process is easy. I just followed some YouTube videos with the same case and similar build. Pretty much plug-and-play. I am going to get the wire management sorted next, it's looking a bit messy right now.$2,068.92
