Build Description
Worked with my daughter to build out her first non-hand me down gaming PC. She's only 7 but she's like her old man and loves to take things apart and put things together. The build was 99% exactly how we wanted it except we couldn't find the white Montech Sky Two case so we picked the black one. She also learned how to synchronize the colors using iCue for the RAM and Gigabyte Control Center for the rest of her RGB to match her theme.
Favorite Feature
Best part of the build was the XFX Swift 9070. We picked it up by accident because I originally went to Microcenter to return a defective CPU combo and saw the line go to the sidewalk. Originally I was going to leave and come back another day but someone told me that Microcenter had over a thousand of the 9070/9070XT cards available on launch day so I stayed and took my chances. 2.5 hours later all of the MSRP 9070XT cards were sold out but the beautiful white XFX Swift 9070 was available so I decided that it was time to build this one for my daughter. The Montech fans are also the highlight of the build because they're bright and the ring feature makes her Invader Zim theme pop.
